شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی و کمّی) با طرح اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کمّی ‌از روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری آن را در بخش کیفی، مدیران صنایع استان مازندران و اعضای هیأت‌ علمی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به تعداد 25 نفر و در بخش کمّی، اعضای  هیأت ‌علمی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به تعداد 1537 نفر تشکیل می‌دادند که در بخش کیفی از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع تعداد 10 نفر و در بخش کمّی ‌با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 308 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که، عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه عبارتند از: ابعاد ساختاری، اجتماعی و راهبردی. بعد ساختاری دارای پنج مؤلفه «ساختار سازمان، توسعه منابع مالی، توسعه منابع انسانی، زیرساخت‌ها و سیاست پژوهشی»، بعد اجتماعی دارای دو مؤلفه «فرهنگ مشترک و شبکه‌سازی» و بعد راهبردی دارای دو مؤلفه «چشم‌انداز و استراتژی و خدمات و حمایت‌ها» است. تأثیر همه ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها بر ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه تأیید شد و بعد ساختاری با بار عاملی 0/968 دارای تأثیر بیشتر و بعد اجتماعی با ‌بار عاملی 0/740 دارای تأثیر کمتر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت از عوامل مهم دستیابی به توسعه به حساب می‎آید، به‌نحوی که توسعه در جوامع به مقدار زیادی به نحوه و میزان ارتباط میان این دو بخش وابسته شده است.

چکیده English

Objective: The aim of this research was to identify the influencing factors on the relationship between industry and university within the Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province.
Methods: The research was conducted with an applied purpose, employing a mixed-method approach with an exploratory design. A descriptive survey method was utilized for the quantitative part, while qualitative interviews were conducted for the qualitative component. The statistical population comprised managers of industries in Mazandaran province and academic staff members of the Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province, totaling 25 individuals for the qualitative part, and 1537 academic staff members for the quantitative part. For the qualitative segment, purposive sampling method was employed, with 10 participants selected to achieve data saturation. In the quantitative segment, stratified random sampling was used, resulting in a sample size of 308 individuals based on Cochran's formula.
Results: The results revealed that the factors influencing the relationship between industry and university encompass structural, social, and strategic dimensions. The structural dimension comprised five components: "organization structure, development of financial resources, development of human resources, infrastructure, and research policy," while the social dimension included two components: "common culture and networking." The strategic dimension comprised two components: "leadership style and strategy, services and support." All dimensions and components were found to impact the relationship between industry and university, with the structural dimension exerting a greater influence compared to the social dimension.
Conclusion: The relationship between university and industry holds significant importance in fostering development, as the extent and manner of communication between these two sectors greatly influence the development of societies.
