چکیده

مقدمه: راندهای آموزشی، گراندراندها، گزارش های صبحگاهی و آموزش در کلینیک سرپایی از روش های آموزش بالینی متداول هستند که در بیشتر بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درحال اجرا است. از طریق این روش ها تعامل استاد و دانشجو با هدف آموزش نحوه صحیح مدیریت بیماران و کسب مهارت های عملی صورت می گیرد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین و مقایسه سطح کیفیت آموزش در  بیمارستان‌های تحت قرارداد با دانشکده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شاهرود بر اساس استانداردهای آموزش بالینی دوره پزشکی عمومی در سال ۱۴۰۱ بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-مقطعی است و به صورت پیمایشی انجام گردید. جامعه پژوهش شامل 108 نفر از کارآموزان و کارورزان بخش داخلی در دو بیمارستان خاتم‌الانبیاء شاهرود و ولایت دامغان است.گردآوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSS انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد بیشترین میزان رعایت استانداردهای آموزش بالینی (بایدها) در بیمارستان خاتم‌الانبیاء مربوط به گزارش صبحگاهی (۲/۷۴ درصد) و در بیمارستان ولایت مربوط به راند (۳/۶۱ درصد) بوده است. از دیدگاه کارورزان بیشترین میزان رعایت استانداردهای آموزش بالینی در بیمارستان خاتم‌الانبیاء (۳/۹۱ درصد) و ولایت (۶/۸۲ درصد) مربوط به گزارش صبحگاهی بوده است. اکثریت کارآموزان و کارورزان در هر دو بیمارستان خاتم‌الانبیاء میزان رعایت استانداردهای آموزش بالینی (بایدها) مربوط به راند و گزارش صبحگاهی را در سطح متوسط-خوب گزارش کردند.
نتیجه گیری: در مجموع، دیدگاه کارآموزان و کارورزان هر دو مرکز درمانی از نظر میزان رعایت استانداردهای آموزش بالینی (بایدها) اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Rounds, grand rounds, morning reports and education in outpatient clinics are common clinical training methods that are being implemented in most teaching hospitals and through these methods, the interaction between professor and student is carried out with the aim of teaching proper management of patients and acquiring practical skills. The aim of this study was to compare the level of training quality in Hospitals contracted with the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Islamic Azad University of Shahrood based on the clinical training standards of general medicine course in 1401.
Method: This research is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. Viewpoints of externs and interns were evaluated through a researcher-made questionnaire after confirming validity and reliability. A total of 108 questionnaires were received and the data was analyzed with SPSS v.22 software.
Findings: The highest level of accommodation with clinical training standards (needs) according to the evaluation of the externs of Khatam Al-Anbia Hospital was related to the morning report (74.2 %) and in the Velayat hospital, was related to the round (61.3 %). From the interns' veiwpoints, the highest level of accommodation with clinical training standards in Khatam Al-Anbia Hospital (91.3%) and Velayat Hospital (82.6%) was related to the morning report. The majority of externs and interns of Khatam Al-Anbia and Velayat Hospitals reported the level of accomodation with clinical training standards (needs) related to rounds and morning reports relatively good.
Conclusion: In general, there was no statistically significant difference between the views of interns and externs in both hospitals.
