چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی توسعه مهارت‌های مدیریتی مدیران با روش داده بنیاد به ‌عنوان یک حوزه مطالعاتی مدیریتی در مدیریت آموزشی بود. روش پژوهش از نظر ‌هدف ‌کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی بود که با رویکرد پیمایشی مقطعی انجام گرفت. ‌جامعه ‌آماری ‌‌شامل خبرگان، متخصصین و افراد آگاه درزمینه مهارت‌های مدیریتی مدیران بود. روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند بود که30 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت سند پژوهی و میدانی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه نیمه سازمان ‌یافته بود و پرسشنامه گردآور ی داده‌ها از طریق روش داده بنیاد بارهیافت نظام‌مند انجام شد. روایی پژوهش از روش سه سویه سازی و پایایی آن نیز به روش توافق بین کدگذاران تعیین‌شد. برای ‌تحلیل‌ داده‌های کیفی ‌از فراترکیب، تحلیل مضمون ‌و نرم­افزار MAXQDIA ‌استفاده‌ شد. درنهایت 3 بعد، 13 مؤلفه و 65 شاخص نهایی شد. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد مهارتهای مدیریتی مدیران شامل بعد فردی (خودآگاهی، مدیریت استرس، مدیرت حل اثربخش مسئله) بعد میان فردی (مهارت ارتباطات سازنده، مهارت انگیزش اثربخش، مهارت تأثیرگذاری، مهارت مدیریت تضاد) و بعدگروهی (مهارت تفویض اختیار،مهارت تیمی،مهارت هدایت تغییرمثبت،به‌کارگیری فناوری، به‌کارگیری الزامات مدیریتی) بود. بر اساس یافته‌های‌ به‌دست‌آمده الگوی ارائه‌شده از برازش نسبتاً قابل ‌قبولی برخوردار بود و مورد تأییدقرارگرفت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of managerial skills of managers using grounded theory as a field of management studies in educational management. The research method was applied in purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method which was done using a cross-sectional survey approach. The validity of the research was determined by the triangulation method and its reliability was verified by inter-coder agreement method. Meta-analysis, content analysis, and MAXQDA ‌software was used to analyze the qualitative data. Finally, 3 dimensions, 13 components, and 65 indicators were extracted. Findings of the study showed that the dimensions of managers' managerial skills include an individual dimension (self-awareness, stress management, effective problem solving management), an interpersonal dimension (constructive communication skills, effective motivation skills, impact skills, conflict management skills) and a group dimension (skills delegation, team skills, leadership skills for positive change, application of technology, application of management requirements). Based on the obtained findings, the proposed model had a relatively "acceptable" fit and was confirmed.
