چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه های رئالیسم اسلامی با رویکرد انسان‌شناسی در راستای توسعه آموزش به منظور استخراج استلزامات تربیتی انجام شد. این تحقیق به روش آمیخته انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی و با استفاده از نظر خبرگان از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوا مصاحبه پرسشنامه ای تدوین گردید. بعد از انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تبیین واریانس عوامل مؤثر و ماتریس عوامل چرخش یافته، در نهایت 54 شاخص با 18 عامل برای رئالیسم اسلامی با رویکرد انسان‌شناسی شناسایی گردید و در قالب پرسشنامه در اختیار اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه قرار گرفت. این پرسشنامه ها به روش معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و پس از مشخص شدن وزن هر عامل تأثیر مؤلفه ها و شاخص ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش جهت شناسایی مؤلفه های رئالیسم اسلامی با رویکرد انسان‌شناسی به منظور استخراج استلزامات تربیتی ارائه شد؛ و درجه تناسب مدل ارائه شده با توجه به مؤلفه ­های پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد مؤلفه های رئالیسم اسلامی با رویکرد انسان شناسی در توسعه آموزش اعضای هیئت علمی نقشی مهم و تأثیرگذار دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify the components of Islamic realism with an anthropological approach aimed at educational implications for faculty members. This research was done using a mixed-methods design. In the qualitative phase, a questionnaire was developed based on the opinion of experts obtained through semi-structured interviews and according to the results of content analysis. After performing exploratory factor analysis to explain the variance of effective factors and the matrix of rotating factors, finally 54 indicators including 18 factors for Islamic realism with an anthropological approach were identified and provided to university faculty members in form of a questionnaire. These questionnaires were analyzed by structural equations method, and after determining the weight of each factor, the effect of components and indicators was examined. Then, the proposed research model was presented to identify the components of Islamic realism with an anthropological approach to extract educational implications. The degree of appropriateness of the proposed model was confirmed according to the components of the research. The results also showed that the components of Islamic realism with an anthropological approach play an important and effective role in the development of faculty members' education.
