چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تفکر کارآفرینی و تعهد حرفه‌ای بر اثربخشی اساتید و نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری در بین اساتید دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی‌واحد ارومیهانجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر گردآوری داده‌‌ها در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری و بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی است‌‌. جامعه آماری این تحقیق اساتید دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی ‌واحد ارومیه می‌باشند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 227 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های اثربخشی اساتید، سرمایه فکری، تفکر کارآفرینی و تعهد حرفه ای  بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها از طریق معادلات ساختاری SEM انجام شد‌ه اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است مدل از برازش خوبی برخوردار است و همچنین متغیر‌های تفکر کارآفرینی و تعهد حرفه‌ای بر اثربخشی اساتید تأثیر داشته­اند. سرمایه فکری، تأثیر متغیر‌های وابسته و مستقل را به طور معنی داری میانجی‌گری کرده است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان گفت تفکر کارآفرینی و تعهد حرفه­ای می تواند اثربخشی اساتید را افزایش دهد و سرمایه فکری در این میان لازم است. لذا به اساتید دانشگاه و مدیران آن پیشنهاد می‌شود نسبت به تفکر کارآفرینی و تعهد حرفه­ای بیشتر تمرکز داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial thinking and professional commitment on the effectiveness of professors and the mediating role of intellectual resources among professors of Islamic Azad University, Urmia. In terms of data collection, it was a descriptive correlational research and a structural equations based study; in addition, it was a applied type based on the purpose of study. The statistical population of this research was the professors of Urmia Islamic Azad University that according to Cochran's formula, 227 people were selected as a statistical sample. Data collection tools were also questionnaires: professor’s effectiveness (Salimi et al. 1394), intellectual capital, Scarboff entrepreneurship thinking and professional commitment. Data analysis and hypotheses were performed through SEM structural equations. Accordingly, the results showed that the model had a good fit and also the variables of entrepreneurial thinking and professional commitment affected the effectiveness of professors. Intellectual Resources had significantly mediated the effect of dependent and independent variables. According to the research results, it can be said that entrepreneurial thinking and professional commitment can increase the effectiveness of professors, and intellectual capital is needed in this regard. Therefore, university professors and administrators are advised to pay attention more to entrepreneurial thinking and professional commitment.
