چکیده

مطالعه­ ی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی درونی عملکرد دفاتر توسعه وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد انجام شده است. این مطالعه در شش گام انجام شده است که شامل تدوین پلان ارزشیابی، طراحی ابزارهای آن، گردآوری اطلاعات و تحلیل داده ­ها، تهیه ­ی گزارش و بازخورد نتایج است. در این مطالعه عملکرد 12 دفتر توسعه در دانشکده ­ها و بیمارستان­های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد وضعیت شش دفتر توسعه در چارک دوم (متوسط پایین) و وضعیت شش دفتر توسعه در چارک سوم (متوسط بالا) قرار گرفته است. همچنین نتایج ارزیابی دفاتر توسعه حاکی از آن است که میانگین نمرات دفاتر توسعه در چهار حیطه "ارزشیابی برنامه و دوره ­ی آموزشی"، "دانش ­پژوهی" و "فعالیت­های دانشجویی در توسعه­ ی آموزش" در چارک دوم (متوسط پایین) و نمرات آنها در حیطه­ی "ارزشیابی اعضای هیأت علمی"، "ارزیابی فراگیر"، "برنامه ­ریزی درسی"، "توانمندسازی اعضای هیأت علمی" و "مدیریت توسعه­ ی آموزش" در چارک سوم (متوسط بالا) قرار دارند. به طور کلی عملکرد دفاتر توسعه در حیطه ­های مورد بررسی در سطح متوسط ارزیابی شد. لذا لزوم آشنایی کامل دفاتر توسعه با وظایف و نقش ­های خود و رشد زیرساخت­های توسعه ­ای و ایجاد حمایت مدیریتی جهت ایفای وظایف محوله آنها در دانشگاه مورد بررسی ضرورت دارد.

Evaluation of Educational Development Offices (EDOs) at Schools and Educational Hospitals: An Internal Evaluation

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to conduct an internal evaluation of EDOs at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences. The study was carried out in six steps, including the development of an evaluation plan, design of tools, data collection and analysis, reporting and feedback. Twelve EDOs were evaluated in the present study.  Afterward, the results showed that the status of EDOs was classified at medium level (6 EDOs were at second quarter meanwhile the other 6 offices were at third quarter). Moreover, it indicated that the scores of domains of ‘program evaluation’, ‘educational scholarship’ and ‘student participation in developmental activity’ were in the second quarter, and ‘faculty evaluation’, ‘student assessment’, ‘curriculum development’, ‘faculty development’ and ‘management of developmental activities’ were in the third quarter. In conclusion, familiarity of managers with their roles and responsibilities, establishing of infrastructure and a systemic support was considered vital to develop EDOs at the educational system.
