چکیده

شناسایی انواع مشکلات دانشجویان و ارائه‌ی راه حل‌هایی جهت کاهش این مشکلات می‌تواند بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان مؤثر باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مشکلات دانشجویان مراجعه‌کننده به دفاتر مشاوره‌ی دانشجویی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز طراحی و اجرا گردید. در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی مشکلات 640 دانشجوی مراجعه‌کننده به دفاتر مشاوره دانشجویی در یک دوره‌ی یک‌ساله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های مورد نیاز از پرونده-های مراجعان به مراکز مشاوره استخراج و بانک داده‌های این مطالعه را تشکیل دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-18 تحلیل شد. از آزمون مجذور کای و آزمون t برای ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد. تعداد 172 نفر (27%) از مراجعان مرد و 468 نفر (73%) زن با میانگین سن 4/3±22 (از 18 تا 38 سال) بودند. دانشجویان پزشکی بیشتر مشکلات روانی (6/25%)، دانشجویان دندانپزشکی مشکلات فردی (5/48%)، دانشجویان داروسازی مسائل مربوط به ازدواج (5/38%)، دانشجویان پیراپزشکی، بهداشت و پرستاری-مامایی مشکلات آموزشی (به ترتیب: 4/27% ، 8/28% و 8/30%) و دانشجویان توانبخشی مشکلات آموزشی و روانی (6/24%) داشتند. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که ابعاد مشکلات دانشجویان رشته های مختلف متفاوت است. بیشترین علل مراجعه ی دانشجویان به دفاتر مشاوره ی دانشجویی در درجه ی اول مشکلات آموزشی و در مرحله ی بعد مشکلات روانی بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Students are involved in many problems during education period, for this reason identifying the types of students' problems and providing appropriate solutions to decrease these problems can be effective on educational improvements. This study carried out to determine the problems of students attending in consulting centers in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. This cross-sectional study evaluated the problems of 640 students referred to consulting offices. Database was extracted from the records of consulting offices and then was analyzed by SPSS-18, chi-square, and t tests. 640(19.8%) of overall 3200 students referred at least one time to the University Consulting offices for their problems. 172 students(27%) were male and 468 students (73%) were female with mean age 22±3.4(18 to 38 yrs.). The main problems declared by students were: 163(25.6%) education problems, 140(22%) mental problems, 137(21.5%) personal problems, 130(20.4%) marital problems, and 67(10.5%) family problems. The results showed that the problems were different to students. Therefore, consulting offices would be able to provide various services to help the students solve problems. Most of the problems mentioned by students were educational problems and psychological problems respectively.
