چکیده

طرح درس از مهم‌ترین عوامل در فرایند آموزش است که باعث بهبود دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به کیفیت آموزش شده و همچنین فعالیت های اساتید و دانشجویان را هدفمند می‌سازد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفیت طرح درس اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‌های پرستاری – مامایی منتخب ایران انجام شد. در این پژوهش مقطعی، 100 طرح درس ارائه شده توسط اعضای هیأت علمی 24 دانشکده‌ی پرستاری- مامایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از چک لیست محقق ساخته انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی در نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 5/11 تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد. در مجموع، 4% طرح درس‌ها در وضعیت ضعیف، 83% متوسط و 13% در وضعیت خوب قرار داشتند. بیشترین مؤلفه‌ای که در طرح درس مورد توجه قرارگرفته به ترتیب: تعیین محتوای درسی، اهداف جزیی و تعیین منابع بود. بیشترین کاستی‌ها مربوط به سیاست های مدیریت کلاس مدرس، تعیین آمادگی دانشجویان در هر جلسه و وسیله کمک‌ آموزشی و نحوه‌ی استفاده از آن بود. با توجه به اهمیت طرح درس، اجرای کارگاه‌های آموزشی می‌تواند اطلاعات لازم برای تدوین طرح درس را فراهم کند.

چکیده [English]

Lesson plan is one of most important factors in the education process which can improve the students' views on quality of education and may led faculty members' and students' activities. The present study aimed to determine the quality of lesson plans developed by nursing and midwifery faculty members of selected Iran’s nursing schools. In this cross – sectional study, 100 lesson plans developed by faculty members of 24 nursing and midwifery faculty members were analyzed. The data was collected through checklist made by a researcher. Data was analyzed through descriptive analysis using SPSS software, version 11.5. In total, 4% of the lesson plans were in poor condition, 83% in moderate, and 13% in good condition. Educational content, objectives, and references were included in the most of the lesson plans respectively. Whereas, class management policies, the students required preparation for each session, and educational aids needed for each session and the manner of using them were among the most shortcomings in the lesson plans. Because of the importance of the lesson plan, holding special workshops may provide information for developing better course plans.
