چکیده

امروزه برنامه های رشد و بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی، از جمله استراتژی های نوین به منظور حفظ و ارتقای سطح دانش و عملکرد اساتید به شمار می رود، پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف مقایسه ی نیازهای آموزشی اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در سال 1391 انجام پذیرفت. در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی، نیاز آموزشی 158 عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در شش حیطه مورد تأیید وزارت متبوع شامل: حیطه های مهارت های تدریس، پژوهشی، توسعه ئی فردی، اجرایی مدیریتی، ارائه خدمات درمانی و فعالیت های خارج دانشگاه توسط یک چک لیست 61 گویه ای که با طیف لیکرت طبقه بندی شده بود به روش خودارزیابی توسط اساتید نیازسنجی و مورد مقایسه قرارگرفت. روایی و پایایی چک لیست مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و داده ها نیز از طریق نرم افزار EPI6 و آزمون ANOVA تحلیل شد. در این مطالعه به ترتیب اولویت توسعه ی فردی، اولویت پژوهشی، اولویت آموزشی، اولویت اجرایی مدیریتی، اولویت ارائه خدمات درمانی و اولویت فعالیت های خارج دانشگاه به عنوان مهمترین نیاز آموزشی اساتید این دانشگاه ارزیابی شد. بین حیطه‌های مورد ارزیابی با جنسیت اساتید و دانشکده ی محل خدمت اختلاف معناداری مشاهده نشد (P>0/05). اما بین حیطه ها با نوع استخدام اساتید، مرتبه ی علمی و سابقه ی خدمت اختلاف معناداری مشاهده گردید (P<0/05). این پژوهش بر لزوم انجام نیازسنجی و نیز انطباق برنامه ها با نیاز واقعی اساتید تأکید نموده و آن را به عنوان محور اصلی ارتقای کیفیت آموزش علوم پزشکی و نیز ارتقای کیفیت خدمات سلامت ذکر می نماید.

Need Assessment & Comparison of Faculties Developmental Programs in Arak University of Medical Sciences

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, faculty members' developmental programs have been considered as modern strategies in order to promote and revenue teachers' knowledge. This study aimed to comparative educational needs of faculty members in Arak University Colleges of Medical Sciences in 2012. In this cross-sectional study, educational needs of 158 faculty members were assessed in six ranges confirmed by followed ministry. These ranges contained: teaching skills, research, individual development, management executive, remedial services and outside-university activities. Data were collected by 61-section checklist in Liker .The validity and reliability of this checklist was confirmed. Data was analyzed through Epi6 and ANOVA test. In this study, the individual development priorities, research priorities, education al priorities, executive management priorities, preferences and priorities of health care services were evaluated as most of the educational needs. There was no significant difference between assessed ranges with sex and kind of faculty (P> 0.05) but there was significant difference between type of employment, scientific degree, and record of service with assessed ranges (P< 0.05). This study emphasizes on the necessity of needs and also adapted programs based on faculty members' actual needs and mentioned as the main pivot to promote both medical educational quality and health services quality
