چکیده

هدف این تحقیق شناسایی مؤلفه های فرهنگ سازمانی مطلوب در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی بود. این پژوهش ،به روش آمیخته انجام شد. در ابتدا روش تحلیل محتوا کیفی برای شناسایی مؤلفه های فرهنگ سازمانی استفاده، و بر مبنای آن مرحله کمی تحقیق انجام گردید. جامعه تحقیق در بخش کمی اعضای اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی فارس بود که 152 نفر از آن ها به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی نیز به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 25نفر برای انجام مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که ضریب پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرانباخ83/0بدست آمد و اعتبار محتوایی آن نیز با نظر خواهی از  متخصصان تایید شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که تفکر و نواندیشی، مشتری محوری، روحیه کار تیمی،  مسئولیت پذیری، قداست کار و کسب دانش بنیان، تعامل و شراکت، مؤلفه های فرهنگ سازمانی مطلوب در دانشگاه ها هستند ،  میانگین نظر پاسخگویان  در خصوص بکارگیری این 6 مؤلفه در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی  در حد متوسط است. دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی  بایستی  نسبت به انطباق فرهنگ سازمانی خود با این این مؤلفه ها اقدام نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was to Identification of an optimal Organizational Culture Components in Medical Sciences Universities. The methods of this study was mixed method research. At first, a qualitative content analysis method was used to identify the components of an optimal organizational culture and based on that, a quantitative study was carried out. The statistical population in the quantitative part were all faculty members of Fars University of medical sciences, the sample consist of 152 faculty members who were selected through stratified sampling. In the qualitative part, 25 members were selected using purposive sampling. Researcher made questionnaire was used to collect the data quantitative. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient .83, its content validity was also confirmed by expert comments. Findings of research showed that thinking and innovation, customer orientation, structure and teamwork spirit, accountability, knowledge-based acquisition, interaction and partnership are the components of optimal organizational culture in universities, the average of respondents' opinion about using these six components in medical universities is moderate. Universities of medical science have to adapt their organizational culture to these components.
