چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی توان پاسخگویی برنامه درسی رشته­های علوم پزشکی­: مطالعه موردی رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج انجام شد. این یک پژوهش توصیفی_پیمایشی می­باشد که در سال 1394 انجام شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه کلیه اعضای اساتید دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج بودند که مشارکت کردند. در این مطالعه داده‌ها بر اساس چارچوب ترک­زاده و نکومند (2016) به صورت پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه ساختارمند گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل داده­های پژوهش علاوه بر میانگین و انحراف استاندارد از آزمون t استودنت و فریدمن استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری به محیط پاسخگو بوده است (p<%5). همچنین برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری از لحاظ ابعاد مفهومی، ساختاری و عملکردی به محیط نیز پاسخگو بوده است (p<%5) و بعد عملکردی بیشترین مقدار و بعد مفهومی کمترین مقدار پاسخگویی را داشتند. به نظر می‌رسد از یک منظر اجتماعی، معناداری برنامه درسی در گرو پاسخگویی به محیط است و از این حیث برنامه درسی پرستاری در قلمرو پژوهش، معنادار ارزیابی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to evaluate the power of response to medical sciences disciplines’ syllabuses as a Case study of  nursing discipline at Yasuj University of Medical Sciences. This descriptive survey was carried out while all professors and faculty members  (19 individuals) of Nursing Faculty at nursing department of Yasuj university of medical sciences were participated in 2015. In this study, data were collected according to the framework of Turkzadeh and Nekumand (2016) through a structured questionnaire and interview. Then to analyze the data, t-student and Friedman tests were used in addition to mean and standard deviation.. According to the results, the nursing curriculum has been responsive to the environment (p<%5). Nursing curriculum was also responsive to the environment in terms of conceptual, structural and functional dimensions (p <% 5); moreover, functional dimension had the highest amount of responsiveness and conceptual dimension had the lowest amount of responsiveness to the environment. It seems, the significant of nursing curriculum is depended on response to environment; and in this regard, nursing curriculum in the field of research is evaluated meaningfully.
