چکیده
مسأله ی اخلاق جایگاه ویژه‌ای در آموزش دارد که متناسب با هر مجموعه ی سازمانی بر اساس فاکتورهای اخلاقی خاصی تعریف شده است. آموزش عالی نیز یکی از مجموعه‌های بزرگ سازمانی است که نیازمند توجه به همین فاکتورهای اخلاقی تعریف شده در حوزه ی تعلیم و تربیت است که بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی بنا شده باشند. از این رو، اخلاق به عنوان نظام کاربردی همواره به دنبال راه کارهای جدید برای رفع مشکلات اخلاقی و ایجاد رابطه ی سالم و انسانی بوده است. این نوشتار به شیوه ی کتابخانه‌ای به تبیین جایگاه اخلاق و استانداردهای اخلاقی در دو نقش آموزشی-پژوهشی و تربیتی می‌پردازد که نتایج متقنی دربرداشته است و مؤیدی محکم بر اهمیت این رابطه در آموزه های دینی است.

Ethics play an important role in education and higher education organizations, like other organizations, should have their ethical code of conduct. Higher education is also one of the biggest institutions which should define and consider ethical codes in education and training and should extract them from religious traditions. Hence, ethics as a practical system always try to solve ethical problems and seeks new solutions to develop healthy and moral relationships. The present paper using an archival research approach explains status of ethics and ethical standards in both education- Research and training roles and confirms the importance and validity of that, too.
