چکیده

شرایط یاددهی ویادگیری ومحیط آموزشی ازنکات قابل توجه درکسب مهارت‌ها وتوانمندی های دانشجویان درطی دوران تحصیل آنها است.این مطالعه، باهدف بررسی وتعیین وضعیت موجود درمحیط های آموزشی و شرایط یاددهی و یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی از دیدگاه آنان دردانشگاه علوم پزشگی مازندران و با استفاده از الگوی DREEM انجام شد. . این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در بین 243 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی انجام شد که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه DREEM بود که شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و 50 سوال در پنج حیطه ی یادگیری، اساتید، ادراک دانشجو از توانایی علمی ، جو آموزشی و محیط اجتماعی بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss ( (16) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. نتایج نشان داد جوآموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان در 25.51 درصد از موارد بسیار مطلوب،54.32 درصدجو اموزشی رامطلوب ارزیابی کردند.تفاوت میانگین نمره کلی وضعیت محیط آموزشی دانشگاه بین دختران وپسران، دانشجویان کارشناسی وکارشناسی ارشدوبین دانشجویان ورودی سالهای متفاوت با (p< 0.05) معنادارشد . جو آموزشی دانشگاه از نظر اکثریت دانشجویان مطلوب ارزیابی شد و دانشجویان دختر دیدگاه بهتری نسبت به محیط آموزشی دانشگاه نسبت به دانشجویان پسر داشتند. می توان با استفاده ازالگوی DREEM برای ارتقا و پیشرفت سطح علمی دانشگاه و شرایط یادگیری دانشجویان، اقدام نمود.
