چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی روانشناسی مدیریت نوین آموزشی "آموزش مهارت های زندگی" مدارس ابتدایی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران» بود. روش پژوهش حاضراز نوع غیرآزمایشی و توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه معلمان شاغل مدارس ابتدایی در پایه های تحصیلی اول تا پنجم در شهر ایلام تشکیل می دادند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و از طریق فرمول نمونه گیری مورگان تعداد 164 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه مورد تأیید متخصصین و اساتید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 867/. و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایح نشان داد که معلمان بیش از اندازه متوسط معتقد به رشد مهارت های زندگی دانش آموزان از طریق آموزش درس مهارت های زندگی در مقطع ابتدایی هستند. دیدگاه معلمان زن در مورد نقش این آموزش ها در زمینه رشد مهارتها در دانش آموزان به نسبت دیدگاه معلمان مرد بهتر بود ولی از جنبه تحصیلات و سنوات خدمت اختلاف معناداری مشاهده نگردید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to evaluate psychology of modern management "life skills education" in elementary schools of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is a non-experimental descriptive study. The statistical population included all elementary school teachers in of first to fifth grade in Ilam. 164 people were selected by simple random sampling through a sampling formula of Morgan. The research instrument was a self-made questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by experts and instructors, and its reliability was approved through Cronbach alpha Coefficient (.867) and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that teachers believe more than average in students' life skills development through teaching life skills in elementary school. The female teachers' viewpoint about this training role in developing student skills was better than male teachers' viewpoint but there was not a significant difference in term of education level and work experience.
