چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه و تعیین میزان دقت موتورهای کاوش عمومی و تخصصی پزشکی در بازیابی تصاویر پزشکی بود. در یک مطالعه‌ی کاربردی و به روش وب‌سنجی نُه کلید واژه‌ از گروه بیماری‏های ریوی، سرطان‌ها، بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی با مشورت پزشکان متخصص‏ رادیولوژی انتخاب شد و کلیدواژه‌ها در سرعنوان موضوعی پزشکی مش از زبان طبیعی به زبان کنترل شده در آمد و در سه موتور کاوش عمومی: گوگل، یاهو و بینگ و چهار موتور کاوش تخصصی پزشکی‏ امنی‌مدیکال، گلدماینر، سرچینگ رادیولوژی و یوتالوک که جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل می‌دادند، مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. ابزار گرد‌آوری داده سیاهه‌ی وارسی (چک لیست) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون کای‌دو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج، از 945 تصویر بازیابی شده، در بین موتورهای جستجوی تخصصی، موتور کاوش سرچینگ رادیولوژی بیشترین دقت و در بین موتورهای کاوش عمومی موتور یاهو با دقت 72 درصد بیشترین دقت را داشتند، بر اساس آزمون کای‌دو دقت در موتورهای‏ کاوش تخصصی و موتورهای کاوش عمومی در هر یک از کلیدواژه‌ها تفاوت معناداری با همدیگر وجود نداشت (05/0P>). موتورهای کاوش امنی‌مدیکال سرچ با 47%، یوتالوک با 41% و بینگ با 36% به ترتیب بیشترین تعداد ریزش‏ کاذب و موتورهای کاوش گوگل با 27%، سرچینگ رادیولوژی با 26% و یاهو با 26% به ترتیب کمترین تعداد ریزش‏ کاذب را داشته‏اند. در موتورهای جستجوی تخصصی موتور کاوش سرچینگ رادیولوژی و در بین موتورهای کاوش عمومی موتور یاهو بیشترین دقت را داشتند.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed at comparing and determining the precision of general and specialized medical search engines for medical image retrieval. In an applied research using webometrics, 9 keywords of lung, cancers, and cardiovascular diseases and disorders were selected after consultation with Radiologist. Keywords were searched in general engines of Google, Yahoo and Bing and specialized engines of Omni MedicalSearch, GoldMiner, Searchingradiology and Yottalook. Data collection tool was a checklist, and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS and Chi-squaretest. The result of this study showed that among the specialized medical search engines and out of 945 image retrieval cases , Searching Radiology Engine had the most accuracy. Also, among the general searching engines, Yahoo was the most accurate with 73%. Based on Chi-squaretest, there was no significant difference in accuracy for each keyword in specialized and general search engines (P>0.05). Omni Medical Search engine with 47%, Yottalook with 41% and Bing with 36% had the highest number of false drops, respectively. Google with 27%, Searching radiology with 26%, and Yahoo with 26% had the lowest number of false drops, too. Generally, among specialized search engines, Searchingradiology had the most accuracy, in addition, Yahoo were the most accurate among general search engines.
