چکیده

شبیه سازی یکی از الگوهای تدریس مربوط به خانواده نظام های رفتاری است که بیشتر در سیستم های طبیعی و انسانی کاربرد دارد و به عنوان یک روش تدریس، شامل فعالیت هایی است که از یک محیط واقعی تقلید می کند. این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر الگوی تدریس شبیه سازی و کاربرد آن در آموزش پرستاری و مزایا و چالش های پیش روی آن انجام گرفته است. مقاله ی حاضر یک مطالعه ی مروری است که از طریق جستجوی غیرنظام مند منابع کتابخانه ای و جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Medline، CINAHL، SID و نیز موتور جستجوی Google با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی آموزش، پرستاری و شبیه سازی انجام گردید. اطلاعات بازیابی شده به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی و محدوده ی زمانی 2002 تا 2013 محدود گردید. از نتایج بازیابی شده تعداد 50 مدرک که شامل کتاب، مقاله و صفحات وب بود مورد بررسی و دسته بندی قرار گرفت. ابتدا مفهوم شبیه سازی تبیین گردید و سپس انواع شبیه سازی ها و مراحل آن معرفی شد و در ادامه به لزوم استفاده از شبیه سازی در آموزش پرستاری و چالش های پیش روی استفاده از این رویکرد آموزشی پرداخته شد. نتایج تحقیقات بیانگر این است که این رویکرد در ایجاد علاقه و جذابیت در دانشجویان مؤثر بوده و سبب افزایش رضایت و اعتماد به نفس در آنان می گردد. با توجه به مزایای رویکرد شبیه سازی به نظر می رسد که در سال های آتی استفاده از شبیه سازی در آموزش پرستاری بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد. باید به چالش های پیش روی این روش نیز توجه گردد و با برنامه ریزی مناسب در جهت افزایش کارایی آن اقدام شود.

چکیده [English]

Simulation is a teaching strategy from behavioural approaches, that used in the natural and humanistic systems, and includes activities imitate from actual environment, and this approach has some benefits and challenges. The purpose of this study, hence, was to investigate the concept, applicant, benefits and challenges of simulation approach in the nursing education. This study was a review article for which we searched the Medline, CINAHL, SID databases as well as Google search by using the key words, such as education, nursing and simulation. Then, the retrieved results were limited to English and Persian language and studies during 2002 to 2013; 50 books, articles and web sites were categorized and assessed. Initially, simulation concept was explained, and, afterwards, simulation types and stages were introduced. Then, requirements of simulation in nursing education and its challenges facing the use of this approach were reviewed. Results indicated that this approach was effective in generating attraction among student and this approach also increased the student's satisfaction and their self-confidence. It seems that, by considering the benefits of this approach, using of simulation will help increase in nursing education; although, the challenges of this approach should be considered in orders to increase the efficacy of this approach.
