چکیده
مقدمه: کیفیت برنامه آموزشی فرایندی چند بعدی است که باید از جنبه های متعددی بررسی شود بدین منظور در مطالعه کیفی حاضر تلاش شده است کیفیت برنامه آموزشی جراحی پلاستیک بر اساس تجارب اساتید و فراگیران این رشته مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و نشان داده شود.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی حاصل پایان نامه کارشناسی ارشد آموزش پزشکی و به روش تحلیل محتوی کیفی انجام شده است.10 مشارکت کننده متشکل از6 نفر دستیار سال سوم و4 نفر از اعضاء هیئت علمی فوق تخصصی جراحی پلاستیک در این مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. محیط پژوهش بیمارستان آموزشی 15خرداد شهر تهران بود. داده ها از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته با کمک راهنمای مصاحبه جمع آوری شد. متن مصاحبه ها با روش‌گراهامن 2004 تحلیل‌گردیدند.
یافته ها و بحث : نتایج حاصل از بررسی مصاحبه ها منجر به ظهور طبقات و زیر طبقات درونمایه اصلی کیفیت آموزش گردید. بر اساس تحلیل مصاحبه‌های ضبط شده،3 طبقه اصلی و 9 زیر طبقه استخراج شد.
نتیجه گیری: اصلاحاتی در محتوای آموزشی، نحوه اجرای برنامه آموزشی، تعاملات اساتید و دانشجویان، نقش درامدزایی و مراکز درمانی در یادگیری و اموزش در این رشته و همچنین مرتفع نمودن مشکلات مرتبط با تجهیزات و تلاش برای ایجاد و فراهم سازی تعداد و تنوع بیشتر بیماران در مراکز آموزشی، پیشنهادات ارزشمندی هستند که ذی نفعان برنامه به آن اشاره کردند.

چکیده English
Introduction: The quality of the curriculum is a multidimensional process that must be examined from several aspects. The aim of this study is evaluating quality of the plastic surgery training program based on the experiences of faculties and residents.
Materials and Methods: This study which is the result of the master's thesis in medical education conducted by qualitative content analysis. 10 participants consisting of 6 third year assistants and 4 subspecialty faculties of plastic surgery were included in this study by purposive sampling method. The research environment is 15 Khordad Hospital in Tehran. Data were collected using interview guide. The transcripts of the interviews were analyzed using the 2004 method.
Results and discussion: The results of a study of the views of residents and faculties on the quality of plastic surgery training program leading to the emergence of the main theme; Quality of training. Based on the analysis of the recorded interviews, 3 main categories and 9 subcategories were extracted.
Conclusion: Making changes in educational content, how to implement the educational program, interactions between professors and students, considering income generation and medical centers in learning and training in this discipline, as well as solving problems related to equipment and trying to create and provide more and diversity of patients in educational centers are valuable suggestions that the beneficiaries of the program pointed out.
