ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر خودبهسازی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر خودبهسازی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی در شهر اصفهان انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روش: از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش اجرا در زمره تحقیقات آمیخته می‌باشد.
در بخش کیفی این پژوهش جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است و اطلاعات این پژوهش در بخش کمی با استفاده از آزمون t تک گروهی برای مقایسه جواب پاسخگویان به هریک از سؤالات پژوهش و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان و مدیران ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان هستند که به روش هدفمند تعداد 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی عبارت بود از مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر اصفهان با 10 سال سابقه مدیریت که از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای مرحله ای 100 نفر انتخاب شدند.
یافته ها: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق، عواملی همچون خودآگاهی، خودکارآمدی، خودسامانی، خوش بینی، تعهد سازمانی، خودشکوفایی، توانمندی یادگیری، خودهدایتی، تاب‌آوری و انعطاف‌پذیری جزء ویژگی‌های خودبهسازی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر اصفهان می‌باشد که از میان مؤلفه‌های شناسایی شده عواملی همچون خودآگاهی، خودشکوفایی و خودکارآمدی بیشترین تأثیر را در بروز رفتار خودبهسازی دارد.
نتیجه گیری: در نهایت پیشنهاد می‌شود سازمان آموزش و پرورش زمینه لازم جهت بهسازی دواطلبانه توانمندی‌های مدیران مدارس ابتدایی را فراهم آورند و مدیران این مدارس را بر اساس اصل شایستگی ارتقاء دهند.

چکیده English

Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the factors affecting the self-improvement of primary school principals in Isfahan city.
Materials and methods: In terms of practical purpose and in terms of execution method, it is among mixed research.
In the qualitative part of this research, thematic analysis method has been used to analyze the data, and the information of this research was done in the quantitative part by using the one-group t-test to compare the answers of the respondents to each of the research questions and by using SPSS software. . The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part includes experts and managers of education departments in Isfahan city, 15 people were selected as a sample in a targeted way, and in the quantitative part, it consisted of principals of elementary schools in Isfahan city with 10 years of management experience who through Staged cluster sampling 100 people were selected.
Findings: Based on the research findings, factors such as self-awareness, self-efficacy, self-regulation, optimism, organizational commitment, self-actualization, learning ability, self-direction, resilience and flexibility are among the characteristics of self-improvement of principals of elementary schools in Isfahan city. , self-actualization and self-efficacy have the greatest effect on self-improvement behavior.
Conclusion: Finally, it is suggested that the education and training organization provide the necessary ground for voluntary improvement of the capabilities of the principals of primary schools and promote the principals of these schools based on the principle of merit.
