چکیده

امروزه مدیریت دانش به‌مثابه راهبردی ضروری و آینده‌نگر برای کسب مزیت رقابتی و حفظ بقاء و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی محسوب می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پدیدارشناسی مدیریت دانش در واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان غربی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا توصیفی از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال تحصیلی 400-1399 بودند که تعداد 18 نفر از آنها طبق اصل اشباع نظری و پس از بررسی ملاک‌های ورود به مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری که روایی و پایایی آن مناسب ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها به شیوه تحلیل محتوا با روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که هشت مضمون اصلی مدیریت دانش شامل زیرساخت‌ها و فناوری اطلاعات، فرایندهای مدیریت دانش، ساختار سازمانی و محیط، سرمایه‌های فکری و نوآور، منابع انسانی و آموزش، رهبری دانش، مدیریت و فرهنگ سازمانی بودند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، برنامه‌ریزی برای بهبود مدیریت دانش از طریق مضامین مذکور ضروری است که برای این منظور می‌توان از کارگاه‌های آموزشی استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Today, knowledge management is considered as an essential and forward-looking strategy to gain a competitive advantage and maintain survival and improve organizational performance. The aim of this study was investigate the phenomenological of knowledge management in the units of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan province. This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The research population was the faculty members of units of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan in the academic year 2020-21, which number of 18 people of them were selected as a sample by purposive sampling according to the principle of theoretical saturation and after reviewing the inclusion criteria. Data were collected by semi-structured interview method, which its validity and reliability were assessed appropriate. Data were analyzed by method of content analysis by seven-step Colaizzi method in MAXQDA software. Findings showed that the eight main theme of knowledge management were included of infrastructure and information technology, knowledge management processes, organizational structure and environment, intellectual and innovative capital, human resources and education, knowledge leadership, management and organizational culture. According to the results of this study, planning to improve knowledge management through mentioned themes is essential that for this purpose can be used from workshops.
