چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری کیفی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را صاحبنظران و اساتید مدیریت که در آسیب شناسی اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت صاحبنظر بودند روش نمونه گیری به صورت انتخابی و با توجه به اهداف و پارامترهایی که در پژوهش بررسی می شوند انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه­محقق­ساخته بود. یافته­ها نشان داد با توجه به نتایج کدگذاری، آسیب شناسی اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام آموزش سلامت تحت تأثیر این عوامل است: فرایند تدوین منشور اخلاق حرفه ای در سازمان، بسته اعتلای اخلاق حرفه ای در سازمان، اخلاق حرفه ای و ضرورت آن در سازمان، آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای، سیاستگذاری و خط مش، جذب و استخدام کارکنان اخلاق مدار، پیشبرد توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای است. یافته­ها پژوهش حاضر همچنین نشان داد که عوامل راهبردی در تبیین آسیب شناسی اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام آموزش سلامت نقش دارد. شرایط راهبردها مبتنی بر کنش­ها و واکنش­هایی برای کنترل، اداره و برخورد با پدیده مورد نظرند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to present a model of professional ethics in the health education system of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of collection. The statistical population of this research was experts and professors of management who were experts in the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system. The sampling method was selected selectively according to the objectives and parameters that are studied in the research. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Findings showed that according to the coding results, the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system is affected by the following factors: a. The process of drafting a charter of professional ethics in the organization, b. Professional ethics promotion package in the organization, c. Professional ethics and its necessity in the organization, d. Professional ethics training, e. Policy and mesh line, St. Recruitment and employment of ethics-oriented staff, g. Promoting the development of professional ethics. Findings the present study also showed that strategic factors play a role in explaining the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system. The conditions of strategies are based on actions and reactions to control, manage and deal with the phenomenon.
