چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی شرایط مداخله گر بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خوزستان بر مبنای نظریه سازنده گرا و با استفاده از نظریه زمینه ای می باشد. نظریه سازنده گرایی در دو دهه اخیر، دانش و مهارت های مورد نیاز برای موفقیت در زندگی امروزی به دلیل تحولات در حوزه های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فناوری تغییر یافته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، از مدیران و مسئولین دانشگاه فرهنگیان، خبرگان، صاحب نظران و اساتید برجسته این دانشگاه، تشکیل یافته و در بخش کیفی پژوهش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و در بخش کمّی روش نمونه­گیری به صورت طبقه­ای- تصادفی انجام شد. جهت انجام این پژوهش، روش تحقیق آمیخته استفاده شده است و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از کدگذاری باز و محوری استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، ‌شرایط مداخله­گر در ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خوزستان را رسانه آموزشی، عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اخلاقی بیان می کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intervening conditions in improving the e-learning quality of Farhangian University of Khuzestan Province based on constructivist and grounded theories. In the last two decades, constructivist theory has transformed the knowledge and skills needed for a successful life due to developments in the economic, social and technological fields. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers and officials of Farhangian University, as well as experts, thinkers and prominent professors of this university. In the qualitative phase of the research, purposeful sampling was used to select the participants while in the quantitative phase, stratified-random sampling method was used for this purpose. This study adopted a mixed-method approach in which open and axial coding were used to analyze the data. The results of this study introduced the "intervening conditions" in improving the educational quality of Farhangian University in Khuzestan province through educational media, social, cultural, and moral factors.
