چکیده

در رهبری اشتراکی هر فردی در سازمان دارای وظایفی است و همه افراد در تصمیم‌گیری‌های سازمانی نقش دارند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد رهبری اشتراکی در سازمان‌های دولتی انجام شد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر شیوه اجرا کیفی بود. جامعه پژوهش دارای دو بخش بود که بخش اول شامل مقاله‌های خارجی و داخلی رهبری اشتراکی در سال‌های 1387 تا 1397 بودند که تعداد 35 مقاله با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و بخش دوم شامل خبرگان رهبری اشتراکی در سازمان‌های دولتی شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 بودند که طبق اصل اشباع نظری تعداد 20 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از روش یادداشت‌برداری از مقاله‌ها و مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان استفاده شد که روایی آنها با نظر 10 نفر از خبرگان تایید و پایایی آنها با روش ضریب توافق کندال 87/0 بدست آمد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مضمون فراگیر رهبری اشتراکی در سازمان‌های دولتی دارای 45 مضمون پایه در 9 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده شامل ابعاد فردی، گروهی، محیطی، سازمانی، سلامت اداری، فساد اداری، اخلاق کاری، رفتار سیاسی و مدیریت اسلامی بود. در نهایت، الگوی ابعاد رهبری اشتراکی در سازمان‌های دولتی ترسیم شد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، برنامه‌ریزی برای بهبود رهبری اشتراکی در سازمان‌های دولتی از طریق ابعاد و مضامین شناسایی‌شده ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

: In the shared leadership everyone in the organization has responsibilities and all people are involved in organizational decision making. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of shared leadership in government organizations. This study in terms of purpose was fundamental and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The study population had two parts, the first part included foreign and domestic articles of shared leadership in the years 2008 to 2018, which number of 35 articles were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method and the second part included experts of shared leadership in government organizations of Isfahan city in 2019 year, which according to the theoretical saturation principle number of 20 people were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method. For data collection were used from taking notes from articles and in-depth interviews with experts method, whose validity was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability was obtained by Kendall agreement coefficient method 0.87. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis method in MAXQDA software. Findings showed that the comprehensive theme of shared leadership in government organizations had 45 basic themes in 9 organizational themes including the dimensions of individual, group, environmental, organizational, administrative health, administrative corruption, work ethic, political behavior and Islamic management. Finally, the pattern of dimensions of shared leadership in government organizations was drawn. According to the results of the present study, planning is essential to improve shared leadership in government organizations through the identified dimensions and themes.
