چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های یادگیری مشارکتی در مدارس ابتدایی شهر بندرعباس انجام شد. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از استراتژی نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان شاغل به تدریس در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 آشنا و فعال در حوزه روش های یادگیری مشارکتی بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش با رویکرد اشباع نظری، 12 نفر تعیین شد. یکی از عوامل مهمی که می­تواند میزان موفقیت و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش­آموزان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، روش­های تدریس معلمان است ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. نتایج به کمک نرم افزار مکس کیودا تحلیل شد. براساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه ها، برای یادگیری مشارکتی ابعاد 5 گانه و مؤلفه های 57 گانه شناسایی شدند که عبارتند از بُعد برنامه درسی (با 4 مؤلفه)، بُعد معلمان (با 18 مؤلفه)، بُعد جوّ مدرسه (با 13 مؤلفه)، بُعد دانش آموزان (با 15 مؤلفه) و بُعد مدیر (با 6 مؤلفه).

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify dimensions and components of participatory learning in primary schools of Bandar Abbas. Participants of this qualitative content analysis consisted of 12 primary school teachers familiar with participatory learning who were selected by using purposive sampling method. Sample size was determined based on the theoretical saturation principle. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The data were analyzed using open and axial coding using Maxqda software. Five dimensions and 57 components were identified for participatory learning, which include the curriculum dimension (4 components), the teacher dimension (18 components), the school atmosphere dimension (13 components), student dimension (15 components) and principal dimension (6 components).
