چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر اساتید پیشرو و بین‌المللی‌سازی بر توسعه آموزش مجازی به منظور ارائه مدل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا کمی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در سال تحصیلی 400-1399 به تعداد 348 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 183 نفر برآورد که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با رعایت مرتبه علمی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته اساتید پیشرو (80 گویه‌ای)، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بین‌المللی‌سازی (65 گویه‌ای) و پرسشنامه توسعه آموزش مجازی کریمیان و فرخی (29 گویه‌ای) استفاده شد. روایی صوری هر سه ابزار با نظر متخصصان تایید، شاخص نسبت روایی محتوایی (CVR) همه گویه‌ها بالاتر از 60/0 و میانگین واریانس استخراج شده (AVE) همه مولفه‌ها بالاتر از 70/0 بود و پایایی با روش‌های آلفای کرونباخ و ترکیبی برای هر سه ابزار و مولفه‌های آن بالاتر از 90/0 محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-23 و PLS-2 تحلیل شدند. نتایج مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل تاثیر اساتید پیشرو و بین‌المللی‌سازی بر توسعه آموزش مجازی دارای برازش مناسب و مطلوبی بود. همچنین، اساتید پیشرو (36/0) و بین‌المللی‌سازی (56/0) بر توسعه آموزش مجازی اثر مستقیم و معنادار داشتند (001/0P<). با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، برنامه‌ریزی جهت توسعه آموزش مجازی بر اساس اساتید پیشرو و بین‌المللی‌سازی ضروری است.  همچنین وجود اساتید پیشرو، توانمند و صاحب صلاحیت‌های علمی و اخلاقی مناسب از عوامل بنیادی کارآمد در کیفیت نظام‌های آموزش عالی است. بنابراین، پیشرو و حرفه‌ای بودن اساتید می‌تواند نقش مهم و موثری در حرکت و توسعه دانشگاه داشته باشد.

The Effect of Leading Professors and Internationalization on the Development of Virtual Education in Order to Present a Model in the Babol University of Medical Sciences

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of leading professors and internationalization on the development of virtual education in order to present a model in Babol University of Medical Sciences. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and quantitatively correlated in terms of implementation method. The research population was 348 faculty members of Babol University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2016-2017. The sample size was estimated based on Cochran's formula of 183 people who were selected by stratified sampling method with scientific rank. For data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire of leading professors (80 items), a researcher-made questionnaire of internationalization (65 items) and a virtual education development questionnaire of Karimian and Farrokhi (29 items) were used. The face validity of all three instruments, according to experts, the content validity ratio (CVR) index of all items was higher than 0.60 and the mean extracted variance (AVE) of all components was higher than 0.70, and the reliability of Cronbach's alpha and combined methods for each The three instruments and their components were calculated above 0.90. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling in SPSS-23 and PLS-2 software. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the model of the impact of leading professors and internationalization on the development of e-learning had a good fit. Also, leading professors (0.36) and internationalization (0.56) had a direct and significant effect on the development of virtual education (P <0.001). According to the results of this study, planning for the development of virtual education based on leading professors and internationalization is essential. Also, the presence of leading, capable professors with appropriate scientific and moral competencies is one of the effective fundamental factors in the quality of higher education systems. Therefore, being a leading and professional professor can play an important and effective role in the movement and development of the university.
