چکیده

چکیده: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه جامعه یادگیرنده حرفه­ ای با نوآوری سازمانی به منظور ارائه مدل در دانشگاه­ های آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران انجام شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1961 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه­ های آزاد شهر تهران بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی طبقه­ ای بر اساس مرتبه علمی تعداد 320 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جامعه یادگیرنده حرفه­ ای با 87 سؤال و پرسشنامه نوآوری سازمانی اسماعیل و همکاران (2002) با 33 سؤال استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزارها به تأیید متخصصان رسید و پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ آن­ها نیز بالای 7/0 محاسبه شد که مورد تأیید است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از آزمون­ معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده­ ها نشان داد؛ بین جامعه یادگیرنده حرفه­ ای با نوآوری سازمانی با ضریب استاندارد (710/0) در دانشگاه­ های آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسب می­ باشد. بنابراین براساس یافته­ های تحقیق پیشنهاد می­ شود که به منظور نوآوری سازمانی در دانشگاه، جامعه یادگیرنده حرفه­ ای را در دانشگاه ارتقا دهند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the professional learning community and organizational innovation in order to present a model in Islamic Azad universities in Tehran. This was a correlational study using structural equations. The statistical population of this study included 1961 faculty members of Tehran Azad University, of whom 320 were selected as study sample based on Cochran's formula and using stratified random sampling method according to their academic rank. A researcher-made professional learning community questionnaire including 87 items and the organizational innovation questionnaire of Ismail et al. (2002) including 33 items were used to collect the data. The face and content validities of the instruments were confirmed by experts, and their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were calculated to be above 0.7, confirming the reliability. Structural equation test was used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis showed there is a positive and significant relationship between professional learning community and organizational innovation in Islamic Azad universities of Tehran with a standard coefficient of 0.710, and the proposed model has a suitable fit. Therefore, based on the research findings, it is suggested that in order for organizational innovation to take place in university, the professional learning community in the university should be promoted.
