چکیده

ارزیابی درونی دفاتر توسعه آموزش سبب می شود که برنامه ریزان نظام آموزشی، نسبت به اهداف موجود آگاهی بیشتری کسب کنند، پس از آن میزان تحقق اهداف را سنجیده و بر اساس آن به برنامه ریزی جهت بهبود کیفیت بپردازند. این نوع ارزیابی نشان می دهد که تا چه اندازه با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله وجود دارد و چه برنامه ریزی هایی به منظور وصول اهداف و افزایش کیفیت و ارتقای آموزش باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی حاضر در سال 1400 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش تمامی دفاتر توسعه آموزش دانشکده‌ها و بیمارستان‌های آموزشی (12 دفتر توسعه) بودند. فعالیت‌های اصلی دفاتر توسعه، به عنوان معیارهای اصلی عملکرد انتخاب گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در مجموع عملکرد دفاتر توسعه در سطح متوسط ارزیابی شده است با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اگرچه تاکنون پیشرفت‌هایی در ابعاد مختلف توسعه دفاتر توسعه آموزش در دانشگاه حاصل شده است ولی برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای در حال تحول و همگام شدن با تازه‌های علم آموزش پزشکی مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش علوم پزشکی دانشگاه به عنوان کانون نوآوری رسالت بسیار سنگینی به عهده دارد و باید با ارتقای مستمر خود بتواند موتور محرکه تغییرات و نوآوری‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه و مراکز توسعه باشد.

چکیده [English]

Internal evaluation of education development offices makes education system planners more aware of the existing goals, then helps them measure the achievement of the goals and plans to improve the quality accordingly. This type of assessment shows how far from the desired situation and what programs should be considered to achieve the goals and increase the quality and improvement of education. This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 1400. The study population was all educational development offices of colleges and educational hospitals (12 development offices). Major activities of development offices were selected as the main performance criteria. The results showed that the overall performance of development offices was assessed at a moderate level. According to the results of the present study, it can be concluded that although some progress has been made in various aspects of the educational development offices in the university, the Development Center as a center of innovation has a very heavy mission and should be able to stimulate educational change and innovation in the university.
