چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در پی سنجش تاثیر بازیابی تعاملی اطلاعات بر فرآیند مدیریت دانش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی استان­های مازندران است. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی به روش پیمایشی- تحلیلی است.جامعه پژوهش 450 نفر اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی استان مازندران، که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 207 نفر است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها دو پرسشنامه بر اساس مدل های دو پرسشنامه­ی محقق ساخته است که برگرفته از مدل بازیابی تعاملی اطلاعات اپیزودی بلکین (1996)، و مدیریت دانش فونگ و چوی (2009)، است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آمار توصیفی استنباطی، آزمون های پیرسون، فیشر و با کمک نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس، و آموس است.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده می­شود. در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار، کوچکترین و بزرگترین و در بخش آمار استباطی از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم استفاده گردید. یافته ها نشان داد که ابعاد مدیریت دانش (بازنمون، مقایسه، نمایش، راهبری، و تجسم)، در بازیابی تعاملی نقش دارند و به عنوان عوامل موثر بر مدیریت دانش شناخته شدند. بازیابی تعاملی اطلاعات و تمام ابعاد آن رابطه مثبت و معنادار و تاثیر مستقیم بر مدیریت دانش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی استان مازندران دارند، بعد بازنمون بیشترین، و بعد مقایسه کمترین عامل تاثیر گذار شناخته شدند.

چکیده [English]

The present study seeks to assess the effect of interactive information retrieval on the knowledge management process of faculty members of medical universities in Mazandaran provinces. The present research is applied by survey-analytical method. The research population is 450 faculty members of medical universities in Mazandaran province, which is 207 people using Morgan table. Data collection tools were two questionnaires based on the models of two researcher-made questionnaires based on the interactive information retrieval model of Belkin (1996), and Fong and Choi (2009) knowledge management model. Data analysis is by inferential descriptive statistics, Pearson tests, Fisher tests with the help of SPSS software, and Amos. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods are used to analyze the data. In the descriptive statistics section, the mean and standard deviation were the smallest and largest, and in the inferential statistics section, the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis was used. Findings showed that the dimensions of knowledge management (representation, comparison, representation, guidance, and visualization) are involved in interactive retrieval and were recognized as effective factors in knowledge management. Interactive retrieval of information and all its dimensions have a positive and significant relationship and a direct impact on knowledge management of faculty members of medical universities in Mazandaran province, and then representing the most, and then comparing the least influential factors.
