چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نقش سبک­های دلبستگی در مهارت­های ارتباطی و ارزیابی نمرات تحصیلی دانشجویان طراحی و اجرا شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف؛ کاربردی و از لحاظ اجرایی توصیفی – پیمایشی و ابزار اندازه­گیری آن پرسشنامه است. ‏جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران و روش نمونه­گیری از نوع خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای بود. متغیر سبک­های دلبستگی طبق تعاریف و نظریات علمی در سه بعد ایمنی، اجتنابی و دوسوگرا در نظر گرفته شد که از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد کولینز و رید) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به منظور سنجش مهارت­های ارتباطی در پژوهش حاضر، از پرسشنامه استاندارد کویین دام) و بر اساس پژوهش چاری و فداکار ، در پنج بعد؛ توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام، کنترل عاطفی، گوش دادن، بینش نسبت به فرایند ارتباط و ارتباط توأم با قاطعیت، استفاده شد. یافته­های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با مهارت ارتباطی (بُعد توانایی دریافت وارسال پیام)، کنترل عاطفی و مهارت گوش دادن از مهارت­های ارتباطی رابطه منفی و معنی دار مشاهده می­شود. بین سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی با مهارت­های ارتباطی و خرده مقیاس­های آن رابطه قوی منفی و معنی دار وجود دارد. بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با ارزیابی نمرات  تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت و بین سبک­های دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی رابطه منفی با ارزیابی نمرات تحصیلی دانشجویان وجود داشت.

چکیده [English]

The present study aims to identify the role of attachment styles in students' communication skills. It was an applied and descriptive survey using questionnaire for data collection. The statistical population of the study included all students of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran, and the multi-stage cluster sampling method was used for selection of participants. The variables of attachment styles were considered in three dimensions: safety, avoidance, and divergence, which were evaluated through the standard questionnaire of Collins and Reid (1990). In order to measure communication skills in the present study, we used Quinn Dam's standard questionnaire (2004) and Chari and Fadakar's (2005) five dimensions of the ability to receive and send messages, emotional control, listening, insight into the process of communication, and communication with decisiveness. Findings from the study showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between safe attachment style and communication skills (the dimension of the ability to receive and send messages), emotional control, and listening skills. There was also a strong negative and significant relationship between avoidance attachment style and communication skills and its subscales. There was a strong positive and significant relationship between two-way / anxiety attachment style and communication skills and its subscales.
