چکیده

دانشگاه­های نسل سوم هسته مرکزی چگونگی تمرکز آموزش عالی جهان بر اقتصاد و صلاحیت دانشجویان به شمار می­روند و از آنجایی که مطالعات اندکی در مورد آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان در مورد دانشگاه­های نسل سوم انجام شده است؛ مطالعه حاضربا هدف بررسی این آگاهی و نگرش در دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی کشور در سال 1397 انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش  پیمایشی با استفاده از نمونه­ گیری در دسترس انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته چهار قسمتی گردآوری شده و روایی سازه با شاخص S-CVI محاسبه شد که برای آگاهی 746/0، برای نگرش 789/0 و نمره کل پرسشنامه 862/0 به دست آمد. پایایی نیز با آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده و برابر با 801/0 r=   بود. در مطالعه حاضر 228 نفر از دانشجویان شرکت کردند. یافته­ها نشان داد درصد29/69 درصد  نبود زیرساخت مناسب، درصد77/58 درصد نبود بستر مناسب،درصد77/58 درصد عدم حمایت مالی دانشگاه، درصد22/41 درصد عدم وجود اعتماد و درصد33/33 درصد عدم آگاهی را از مهمترین مشکلات نیل به اهداف دانشگاه­های نسل سوم در دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی ذکر کردند. درصد68/73 درصددارای نگرش متوسط و درصد98/78 درصدنیز آگاهی ضعیف در رابطه با دانشگاه­های نسل سوم داشتند. با توجه به اینکه اغلب دانشجویان موردمطالعه دارای نگرشی متوسط و آگاهی ضعیفند،  توصیه می­شود برنامه­های آموزشی به منظور ارتقای سطح آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه­های علوم پزشکی کشور در مورد اهداف دانشگاه­های نسل سوم و مسیر نیل به این اهداف برنامه­ ریزی و اجرا شود.

چکیده [English]

The third-generation university is at the core of how higher education focuses on the economic status and competence of students. However, few studies have been conducted on the students’ knowledge and attitude in relation to third-generation universities. Thus, this study was conducted to evaluate the knowledge and attitude of students in medical universities in 2019. This is a cross-sectional study using convenience sampling. Data were collected using a four-part researcher-made questionnaire. Structural validity was calculated with S-CVI index which was 0.746 for awareness, 0.789 for attitude and 0.862 for the total score. Reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha and r = 0.801. In this study, 228 individuals participated, of whom 158 reported lack of proper infrastructure (69.29 %), 134 reported lack of proper bedding (58.77%), 134 reported lack of university financial support (58.77%), 94 reported lack of confidence (41.22%), and 76 reported lack of awareness (33.33%). The most important problem mentioned was the achievement of the goals of third-generation universities in medical universities. Also, 168 (73.68%) of the participants had a moderate attitude and 180 (78.98%) had poor knowledge. Since most students of medical universities had moderate attitudes and poor knowledge, educational programs are recommended to enhance the knowledge and attitude of the students of medical sciences towards the goals of third-generation universities and the path to the achievement of these goals.
