چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، ارائه مدل آینده پژوهی براساس سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا با رویکرد توسعه دانشگاه‌های کارآفرین است. جامعه آماری ‌این تحقیق، ۷۲ نفر از مسئولین و مدیران و معاونان دانشگاه های کارآفرین و مهارتی شامل دانشگاه تهران، تربیت مدرس، فرهنگیان، فنی و حرفه ای و فردوسی مشهد بود. مؤلفه های تحقیق، از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان استخراج گردید. برای تعیین رتبه بندی و تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری مؤلفه های تحقیق از نرم افزار MicMac استفاده گردید و سناریوهای مناسب به دست آمد. نتایج نشان می‌دهند سبک رهبری تحول گرا تأثیر زیادی بر توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه ها دارد. بعد از مشخص شدن عوامل تأثیرگذار، دو وجهی، مستقل و تأثیر پذیر، سه سناریو برای توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها نوشته شد. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهند شناخت عوامل مؤثر در توانمندسازی کارکنـان بـه عنـوان عامـل زیر‌بنـایی در بهبود و توسعه فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی موجب پـرورش منـابع انسانی کارآمد، تولید دانش و فناوری، آرمان های توسعۀ ملی، همراه با آینده‌نگری در آموزش عالی در جهت برنامه ریـزی بهتر و توسعه کارآفرینی و رشد اقتصادی و اجتماعی می گردد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to present a futures research model based on transformational leadership style aimed at the development of entrepreneurial universities. The statistical population of this research included 72 officials, managers, and deputies of entrepreneurial and vocational universities, including the University of Tehran, Tarbiat Modares University, Farhangian University, Technical and Vocational University, and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Research components were extracted through interviews with experts. MicMac software was used to determine the ranking and effectiveness of research components, and appropriate scenarios were obtained accordingly. The results show that transformational leadership style has a great impact on the development of entrepreneurship in universities. After identifying the influential, two-sided, independent and influential factors, three scenarios for entrepreneurship development in universities were written. The results also showed that recognition of effective factors in empowering employees as an underlying factor in improving and developing entrepreneurial activities leads to the cultivation of efficient human resources, production of knowledge and technology, national development ideals, along with foresight in higher education for better planning and entrepreneurship development, as well as economic and social growth.
