چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سرمایه روانشناختی، سرمایه فکری و اخلاق حرفه­ای بر عملکرد شغلی با میانجیگری تسهیم دانش در بین اساتید دانشگاه لرستان انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه اساتید دانشگاه لرستان با تعداد279 نفر تشکیل داد. حجم نمونه 201 نفر بودکه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی نسبی متناسب با حجم جامعه انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های عملکرد شغلی گراوند وزندی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای هیود، سرمایه فکری بونتیس، سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و تسهیم دانش دیکسون استفاده شد. ضرایب آلفای98/0، 96/0، 88/0، 78/0، 83/0 به ترتیب برای پرسشنامه‌های سرمایه فکری، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، تسهیم دانش و عملکرد شغلی، نشانگر پایایی مطلوب ابزار اندازه‌گیری می‌باشد. روایی پرسشنامه‌های به کار رفته با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیات تحقیق به روش مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه روانشناختی، سرمایه فکری و اخلاق حرفه‌ای با میانجی‌گیری تسهیم دانش بر عملکرد شغلی تأثیر معنی داری دارد. بنابراین لازم است مدیران دانشگاه لرستان با برنامه‌ریزی در جهت ارتقای سرمایه روانشناختی، سرمایه فکری و اخلاق حرفه‌ای اعضای هیئت علمی، شرایط بهبود تسهیم دانش و به تبع آن بهبود عملکرد شغلی اساتید دانشگاه را فراهم آورند.

چکیده [English]

This study investigated the effect of psychological, intellectual resources and professional ethics on job performance by mediation of knowledge sharing among professors. The method of this applied research was descriptive and the design of study was correlation of structural equation modeling. The statistical population was 297members of all professors of Lorestan University that number of sample was 201 members who were selected by proportional random sampling method with community size. Then, collecting data was performed by job performance questionnaires of Garavand and Zandi, professional ethics of Hiud, intellectual capital of Bontis, psychological capital of Lotanz, and sharing knowledge of Dicson. Alfa coefficients of 0/98, 0/96, 0/88, 0/78, 0/83 were respectively for the intellectual capital, professional ethics, knowledge sharing and job performance questionnaires that indicated the desired reliability of the measurement tools. Validity of the questionnaire was also verified by using factor analysis. Next, the hypothesis was analyzed by structural equation modeling. Afterwards, the results proved that psychological capital, intellectual capital and professional ethics had a significant effect on mediation of knowledge sharing on the job performance of professors. Therefore, it is necessary that the managers of Lorestan University with planning to promote the psychological capital, intellectual capital and professional ethics of faculty members achieve the condition to improve the university professors’ job performance.
