چکیده

فناوری سیار یکی از نمودهای فناوری ارتباطی است که به حوزه آموزش پزشکی راه یافته است. این مطالعه مقطعی با هدف تعیین میزان استفاده دانشجویان پزشکی از یادگیری سیار، مزایا و محدودیت­های آن در آموزش پزشکی در میان 105 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1398 با توزیع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و دارای سؤالات انتها بسته انجام شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. میانگین ساعات استفاده از یادگیری سیار در هفته بر حسب سن، جنسیت و وضعیت بومی تفاوت معناداری نداشت. میزان استفاده از یادگیری سیار در کتابخانه بیش از سایر مکان­ها بود. میزان سهولت دسترسی بیشترین دلیل رضایت (41 %) و جستجوی منابع علمی در اینترنت بیشترین جنبه (5/49 %) یادگیری سیار مورد استفاده توسط دانشجویان پزشکی بود. فیلترینگ سایت­ها و اپلیکیشن­ها مهمترین عامل محدودیت (5/30%) و صرفه جویی در وقت و سهولت دسترسی (8/23%) مهمترین مزایای استفاده از یادگیری سیار مطرح شدند. یادگیری سیار با صرفه جویی در وقت و سهولت دسترسی برای دانشجویان، امکان یادگیری در هر مکانی را فراهم می آورد.

Portable technological manifestations have influenced all different aspects of medical education and medical students increasingly in applying these tools. In this cross-sectional study to determine medical students' use of mobile learning (ML), its benefits and limitations in medical education, 105 medical students at Tehran University of Medical Sciences were evaluated in 2019. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather the required information. The acquired data were then entered into the SPSS software for statistical analysis. No significant difference was found in the usage of ML upon age, gender, educational grade, and place of residence (P>0.05). Moreover, the findidngs indicated that medical students significantly used ML more in the library (P=0.037). Most of the students were satisfied with ML tools’ availability (41%) and scientific resources searching (49/5%) too. They stated filtering of sites and applications as the most important limitations of ML tools (30/5%); although time conservation and availability (23.8%) were the most important advantages of ML. With mobile learning as time conserving and available method, medical students may be able to learn in any place.
