چکیده

امروزه تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر و متخصص از عوامل کلیدی در توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی هر کشوری محسوب می گردد. دانشگاه جامع علمی – کاربردی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی نظام آموزش عالی مهارتی کشور، بایستی توجه خاصی به مدیران و مربیان خود به عنوان مهمترین رکن آموزش داشته باشد. لذا در این پژوهش، محقق به دنبال ارائه الگوی صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مدیران آموزشی می‌باشد. روش این تحقیق روش اکتشافی است. نحوه گردآوری داده ها به روش کمی صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش برای جمع­آوری داده­های مربوط به ادبیات و مبانی نظری، تدوین فرضیه­ها و ارائه الگوی اولیه موضوع از روش­های کتابخانه­ای و همچنین پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است.  ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه 98% می‌باشد که ابزار استفاده شده از پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است. برای توصیف ویژگی‌های پاسخ دهندگان از پرسشنامه استفاده می‌گردد. تعداد آزمودنی در این تحقیق شامل 107 نفر (مرد و زن) روسا و معاونان آموزشی در ستاد دانشگاه جامع علمی–کاربردی و مراکز آن بوده است. مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های صلاحیت های حرفه ای مدیران آموزشی شامل تکنولوژی و فناوری، مدیریتی، مهارت‌های میان‌ فردی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی می باشد که  در زمینه کاهش گسست و جلوگیری از انحراف و خلل در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها بسیار مفید خواهد بود. توجه ویژه مدیران ارشد دانشگاه جامع – علمی کاربردی به عوامل  مهم مدیریتی، تکنولوژی و فناوری، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و در نهایت مهارت‌های بین فردی، موجب می شود که بتوانند به آرمان ها و برنامه‌ ریزی های خود در راستای ارتقاء صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مدیران آموزشی نایل آیند.

چکیده [English]

Today, training skilled and specialized manpower is one of the key factors in the economic, social and cultural development of any country. Comprehensive scientific-applied university, as one of the main pillars of the country's higher education system, should pay special attention to its managers and instructors as the most important element of education. Therefore, in this study, the researcher seeks to provide a model of professional competence of educational managers. The method of this research is exploratory method. The data collection method is quantitative. In this research, library methods as well as a researcher-made questionnaire have been used to collect data related to literature and theoretical foundations, formulate hypotheses and provide a basic model of the subject. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire is 98% and the instrument used has a good reliability. A questionnaire is used to describe the characteristics of the respondents. The number of subjects in this study included 107 heads and educational assistants in the headquarters of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences. Components and indicators of professional competencies of educational managers include technology and technology, management, intermediate interpersonal skills and personality traits that will be very useful in reducing gaps and preventing deviations and interruptions in decision making. The special attention of the senior managers of Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences to the important factors of management, technology and technology, personality traits and finally interpersonal skills, enable them to achieve their ideals and plans in order to improve professional competence of educational managers.
