چکیده

در چند دهه اخیر، آموزش عالی از نظر کمّی رشد فزاینده­ای داشته است، اما با پدیده‌ی بیکاری دانش­آموختگان و ضعف در کارآفرینی در نیروی انسانی دانشگاهی مواجه شده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تدوین چارچوب ارزیابی کیفیت دانشگاه در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی است. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از خبرگان دانشگاهی دانشگاه­های دولتی استان تهران که در زمینه کارآفرینی تخصص و تجربه داشتند که با فرمول کوکران 113 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفی خوشه­ای انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS22 و PLS2 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عوامل مورد مطالعه جهت ارزیابی کیفیت دانشگاهی شامل کیفیت عوامل سازمانی، انسانی‌، تجهیزات و زیر ساختی و مدیریتی ارتباط معناداری با عوامل توسعه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی داشته و دانشگاه­ها برای بهبود کیفی متناسب با رشد کمّی می‌بایست این عوامل را مد نظر داشته و در ارتقای کیفی آن تلاش کنند.

چکیده [English]

In the last few decades, higher education has grown increasingly in terms of quantitative, but it has faced the phenomenon of unemployed graduates and the weakness in entrepreneurship in academic staff.Hence, this research aimed to develop a framework for assessing the quality of the university in order to develop university entrepreneurship. So then the statistical population consisted of the university experts of the governmental universities of Tehran province who had professional experience in the field of entrepreneurship that 113 members were selected by cluster random samplin based on Cochran formula. In addition, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using SPSS22 and PLS2 software.  Considering the finddings of the research, it showed that the factors used to assess the quality of the university including the quality of organizational, human, equipment and infrastructure and management had a significant relationship with the factors of university entrepreneurship development, and universities should consider these factors and strive to improve their quality in order to improve qualitatively improvement.
