چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی جهت بهسازی دانشجو در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی‌صورت گرفت. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش اجرای این پژوهش، آمیخته است که ابتدا به‌روش کیفی و سپس کمّی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی جامعه مورد مطالعه، صاحبنظران در زمینه بهسازی دانشجو بودند که با روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری (14نفر) انجام شد و در بخش کمّی جامعه موردنظر، دانشجویان سال آخر مقاطع کارشناسی و تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی- واحد سنندج به تعداد 1500 نفر در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود که با توجه به جدول مورگان ( 320=n نفر) و با روش نمونه­گیری، طبقه‌بندی با تخصیص متناسب انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام مصاحبه عمیق فهرستی از 5 بعد شامل آموزشی، فردی، اجتماعی، پژوهشی و ایجاد اشتغال پایدار برای خود و دیگران و 24 مؤلفه شناسایی شد. مدل مفهومی استخراج‌شده با توجه به فلسفه، اهداف، مبانی نظری، ابعاد و مؤلفه­ها، ساز وکار اجرایی، فرآیند اجرایی، نظام بازخورد و ارزیابی در سطح خطای 05/0  مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The present research was aimed to provide a model for student’ development at Islamic Azad University. This research was an applied research in terms of purpose and its implementation method consisted of qualitative and quantitative methods (quantitative or quantitative research or mixed-method).  The statistical population of this study in quantitative and qualitative sections was different. In the qualitative section of the study, population included experts in the field of student Development (14 members were selected through purposive sampling method); whereas, in the quantitative part, population included all the final year students of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate degrees in Islamic Azad University-Sanandaj Branch in the first semester of 2018-2019 were estimated to 1500 person. The sample size in the qualitative section was selected based on the theoretical saturation and sample size in the quantitative part was selected by Morgan table (n=320). The sampling method was random- Stratified, according to sampling method classification with appropriate allocation. After conducting an in-depth interview, a list of 5 dimensions including educational, individual, social, research, and sustainable employment goals and 24 components of the student's Development were identified for themselves and others. The extracted conceptual model was approved according to the philosophy, objectives, theoretical foundations, dimensions and components, executive mechanism, executive process, feedback system and evaluation at the error level of 0.05.
