چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین اضطراب فراگیر و کمال گرایی با اثر واسطه ای تفکر ارجاعی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشجویان علوم پزشکی استان البرز بودند که از این جامعه 165 نفر از دانشجویانی که دارای اضطراب بودند به شیوة نمونه گیری هدفمند برگزیده شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه اضطراب فراگیر اشپیتز وهمکاران (2006) که دارای 7 سؤال است که در این مقیاس 3 سؤال مربوط به نشانه های بالینی راهنمای تشخیصی وآماری اختلالات روانی ویراست چهارم ودیگر مقیاس های اضطراب انتخاب شده. پرسشنامه تفکر ارجاعیارینگ وهمکاران(2010) که این مقیاس یک ابزار خود گزارشی شامل 15 عبارت است و مقیاس کمال گرایی استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند و نتایج نشان داد که بین اضطراب فراگیر و کمال گرایی رابطه وجود دارد و این رابطه از طریق متغیر تفکر ارجاعی تعدیل می شود. بنابراین می توان این گونه نتیجه گیری کرد که اضطراب فراگیر از کمال گرایی وتفکر ارجاعی تأثیر می پذیرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between pervasive anxiety and perfectionism with the mediating effectof referential thinking. The statistical population of the study was medical students of Alborz province, of which 165 students with anxiety were selected by purposeful sampling. Then, to collect information from the Spitzs et al. (2006) General Anxiety Inventory which consisted of 7 questions, 3 of these items related to the clinical symptoms of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, and the fourth was the Anxiety Scale. Morevover, the Erying et al. (2010) referential thinking questionnaire which was a 15-item self-report tool, and the Perfectionism Scale were used. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling and so the results showed that there was a relationship between pervasive anxiety and perfectionism. In addition, this relationship was mediated by referential thinking variable. Therefore, it can be concluded that pervasive anxiety from perfectionism and referential thinking.
