چکیده

ارزشیابی اساتید به عنوان یکی از استراتژی های مهم برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی مورد توجه دانشگاه­ هاست. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه با هدف تعیین ملاک­های سنجش عملکرد اساتید از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد. این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1398 برروی 351 دانشجوی دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد. افراد به روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به دو پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و استادخوب (محقق ساخته) پاسخ دادند.تحلیلداده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه22) و آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی مطلق و نسبی) و استنباطی (کای اسکوئر) انجام شد. ویژگی­های علمی اساتید با میانگین 515/0±2697/4 مهم ترین عامل در ارزشیابی بود و ویژگی­های فردی و حرفه­ای  آنان به ترتیب با میانگین 364/0±1560/4 و 446/0±6961/3 در اولویت بعدی قرار داشتند. در بخش ویژگی­های علمی" توان علمی و قدرت تفهیم مطالب توسط استاد" با میانگین 616/0±4530/4 ، در بخش ویژگی­های حرفه­ای" اختصاص زمان استراحت به دانشجویان در ضمن تدریس" با میانگین507/0±5726/4 و در بخش ویژگی­های فردی "رعایت ادب و احترام در ارتباط با دانشجو" با میانگین554/0±3675/4 بیشترین نمره را به خود اختصاص دادند. علیرغم مهم بودن توان علمی استاد، اختصاص زمان استراحت به دانشجویان بیشترین میانگین 507/0± 5726/4 را در بین همه گویه­ها به خود اختصاص داد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه، ضرورت دارد اساتید از اهمیت ارتقا و بهبود مهارت های حرف ه­ای خود آگاه شوند تا بتوانند نقاط ضعف موجود در فرایند تدریس را شناسایی و برطرف کنند.

چکیده [English]

Evaluation of professors is one of the most important strategies for improving the educational quality of universities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate professors' performance based on the viewpoints of students at Abadan faculty of Medical Sciences. This descriptive study was conducted on 351 students that those participants were selected by multistage sampling method and they responded to demographic and good teacher researcher-made questionnaires. The data analysis was done using descriptive statistical methods and chi-square by the software SPSS version 22. The professors' scientific Characteristics with a mean of 0.515±4.2697 were the most important factors in the evaluation; moreover, personal characteristics with a mean of   4.1560±0.364 and professional characteristics with a mean of   3.6961±0.446 were the next priority. In scientific characteristics section " Scientific Capacity and Power of Understanding by Professor" with a mean of (4.4530 ± 0.616), and in the Professional Characteristics section" "Allocating time to students while teaching" with a mean of (4.5726 ± 0.507), and in the individual characteristics section "respectfulness and respect for the student" with a mean of (4.3675 ± 0.554) had the highest score. In spite of the importance of the faculty's academic ability and among all itemsc, the students' break time had the highest mean of (4.5726 ± 0.507). Accoring to the results, teachers need to be aware of the importance of upgrading their professional skills, hence they can identify and eliminate the weaknesses in the teaching process.
