چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش جو آموزشی خلاق بر گرایش به تفکر انتقادی در بین دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شهر قاین انجام گرفت. این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد که جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی قاین به تعداد 300 نفر بود. حجم کل نمونه بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با استفاده از جدول گرجسی مورگان، 169 نفر تعیین شد. به ‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد گرایش به تفکر انتقادی ریتکس و پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش جو خلاق اکوال استفاده شد. برای تحلیل آماری از آزمون‌های تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس، ضریب رگرسیون و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین مؤلفه‌های جو آموزشی خلاق و گرایش به تفکر انتقادی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و همچنین مؤلفه­های جو آموزشی خلاق قادر به پیش­بینی تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان می­باشند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین گرایش به تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان دختر و پسر تفاوت آماری معنی­داری وجود ندارد. آموزش معلمان و اساتید برای تدریس با رویکرد­های خلاق آموزشی ضروری به نظر می­رسد، چون معلمان و اساتید در رشد تفکر انتقادی دانش­آموزان و دانشجویان نقش اساسی دارند. پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی، جو خلاقانه را در محیط‌های آموزشی مورد توجه قرار دهند.

The Role of Creative Educational Atmosphere on Critical Thinking among Students of Qaen Nursing and Midwifery Faculty

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigate the role of creative educational climate on critical thinking tendency among students of Nursing and Midwifery Faculty in Qaen city. The study was descriptive and correlational research   with population of all 300 students studying in the academic year 2015 to 2016 Nursing and Midwifery Faculty of qaen;  based on simple random sampling using Morgan table,169 persons was selected as the total sample size ; in addition, data collection tools included critical thinking scale (Rytks 2003) and creative atmosphere scale (ekval 2013). For statistical analysis, Independent t-test, analysis of variance, regression coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient were used. Afterwards, the data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between educational atmosphere components of creative with critical thinking. As well as creative educational atmosphere components  were able to predict students' critical thinking. Moreover, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between male and female students with regard to critical thinking. Considering the important role of teachers and Professors the development of critical thinking in students, therefore, training teachers and professors to teach creative teaching approaches is essential,  Hence, educational  managers should consider vitality of creative atmosphere in educational environments.
