چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه با درگیری تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. با توجه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و جامعه 395 نفری دانشجویان، تعداد 201 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی خدایاری و همکاران، مقیاس درگیری تحصیلی اسچوفیلی و همکاران و پیشرفت تحصیلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین زمان اختصاص داده شده به شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با مؤلفه‌های متغیر درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. میزان درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان پسر و دختر با هم تفاوت معناداری ندارد. همچنین بین زمان اختصاص داده شده به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و مدت عضویت در شبکه‌ها با پیشرفت تحصیلی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد؛ و بین مدت مطالعه روزانه در زمان غیر امتحانات و مدت مطالعه روزانه در زمان امتحانات با پیشرفت تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما نتایج نشان داد بین مدت عضویت در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با مدت مطالعه روزانه در زمان امتحانات و بین زمان اختصاص داده شده به شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با مدت مطالعه روزانه در زمان غیر امتحانات رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود دوره‌های آموزشی برای فرهنگ‌سازی درباره چگونگی استفاده علمی از شبکه‌های مجازی و آشنایی دانشجویان با شبکه‌های علمی مجازی در جهت بهبود و تقویت یادگیری و مشغولیت تحصیلی دانشجویان تشکیل گردد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the use of mobile-based virtual social networks with academic engagement and academic performance in students of Birjand University of Medical Sciences.The method of descriptive research was -correlational, and the statistical population consisted all students  at Paramedical Sciences Faculty of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2016-2017. According to stratified random sampling, 201 paramedical student were selected out of total 395 students. in order to assemble data, questionnaires of use of virtual social networks by Khodayari et al, academic engagement scale by Schaufeli et al and academic achievement were used. Thefindings indicated that there was a significant negative relationship between the time allotted to virtual social networks and variable components of students’ academic engagement. Although no significant difference of academic engagement was observed   based on gender of students, there was a significant negative relationship between the  times allotted to social networks and the duration of membership in networks with Academic achievement. On the other hand, there was a significant positive relationship between daily study period in non-exams’ time and in exams’ time with academic achievement.  However, the results showed there was a significant negative relationship between the duriotion of membership in virtual social networks with daily study period in exams’ time and between the times allotted to virtual social networks with daily study period in non-exams time. The educational courses in university are suggested in order to culturalize the practical use of virtual networks and familiarizing students with virtual networks in the direction to improve student learning and academic engagement should be programmed and considered in university educational system.
