چکیده

با وجود ادبیات رو به رشد در رفتار اخلاقی پرستاران، توجه کمی به اهمیت رفتارهای بی­صداقتی تحصیلی شده است. ازدیاد این ناسازگاری، مؤسسات آموزش عالی و اعضای هیئت‌علمی را با چالش‌های جدیدی در تضمین نمودن درستکاری تحصیلی مواجه ساخته است. پژوهش حاضر، نقش واسطه­گری خودپنداشت تحصیلی را در ارتباط بین منبع کنترل و بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی در قالب یک مدل ساختاری مورد آزمایش قرار داد. این مطالعه بر روی نمونه‌ای از 298 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز صورت گرفت که روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی رابطه بین سازه­ها به کار گرفته شد. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از مقیاس‌های منبع کنترل، خودپنداشت تحصیلی و بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی استفاده شد که روایی و اعتبار آن­ها به روش تحلیل عامل تأییدی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مطلوب به دست آمد. نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و AMOS نسخه 22 جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که خودپنداشت تحصیلی به‌طور معنی­داری رابطه بین منبع کنترل درونی و بیرونی با بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی را میانجی­گری می‌کند. منبع کنترل درونی پیش‌بین مثبت و منبع کنترل بیرونی پیش‌بینی کننده منفی معنی­دار خودپنداشت تحصیلی بودند. همچنین، خودپنداشت تحصیلی با کاهش بی­صداقتی تحصیلی همراه بود. افزون بر این، اثرات مستقیم منبع کنترل درونی و منبع کنترل بیرونی بر بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی وجود داشت. این یافته­ها، مفاهیم کاربردی و تجربی حائز اهمیتی را برای محققان و متخصصانی که به دنبال بررسی و کاهش بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی در محیط‌های تحصیلی و بالینی میان دانشجویان پرستاری هستند، برجسته می­سازد.

چکیده [English]

Despite the upward literature in ethical behavior of nurses, little attention has been given to the importance of the academic dishonesty behaviors. This conflict puts higher education institutions and faculty members to face new problems, because they don't know how to guarantee the academic integrity. Hence, present research examined the role of academic self-concept meditation in relation to locus of control and academic dishonesty in a form of a structural model. The sample of this research was 298 nursingstudents of the Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. The structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between the components. Moreover, to collect data, locus of control, academic self-concept and academic dishonesty scales were used; and also, their validity and reliability were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis method and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Additionally, SPSS and AMOS software's version 22 were used for analyses data. As the results revealed that academic self-concept fully mediated the relationship between internal locus of control and external locus of control, the internal locus of control was a positive predictor and external locus of control was a significant negative predictor of academic self-concept. Furthermore, academic self-concept decreased academic dishonesty. In addition, there was a direct effect of internal locus of control and external locus of control on academic dishonesty. It means these findings had practical and experiential benefits for researchers; these concepts help them to analyze and decrease the academic dishonesty in clinical and academic environments among nursing.
