چکیده

با توجه به این‌که نظام دانشگاهی بایستی دانشجویانی کارآزموده و با توانایی علمی و عملی قابل قبول، جهت ارائه خدمات با کیفیت به مراجعان، تحویل جامعه بدهد، توجه به درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان به‌عنوان یکی از سازه‌های پیش‌بینی کننده عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در رابطه بین تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی در دانشجویان رشته‌های پزشکی و پیراپزشکی شهر زنجان انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در نیم‌سال دوم سال تحصیلی 97-96 بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه‌ای متشکل از 346 دانشجو به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی ریو، مقیاس تاب‌آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز و مقیاس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان اون و فرامن بود. تحلیل داده‌ها به‌روش ارائه یک مدل فرضی و ارزیابی روابط با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 24 و LISREL8.8 انجام شد. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین تاب‌آوری‌ تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی با درگیری تحصیلی، همچنین بین تاب‌آوری‌ تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد (01/0< p). نتیجه تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان داد که خودکارآمدی تحصیلی نقش واسطه‌ای در ارتباط بین تاب‌آوری‌ تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد. ( 01/0< p).

چکیده [English]

Considering that the university system should provide students with qualified and acceptable scientific and practical ability to deliver the community in order to provide high quality services to clients, considering the academic engagement of students as one of the predictors of academic performance in medical students is very important. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the mediator role of academic self-efficacy in relation to academic resilience with academic engagement in Students of medical and paramedical sciences in Zanjan University. The method of present research was correlation and the research society was included all of the students in Zanjan medical sciences university at the second term in 2018-19 that , according to the Morgan table, 346 members  were selected by random sampling method. The available tools in this research included academic engagement questionnaire (Reeve), academic resilience indicator (Samuels), and collegians academic self-efficacy scale (oun & farmen). In addition, data analysis was performed by the method of presenting a hypothectical model, and also assessing the relations was done by using structural equation pattern and LISREL 8.8 and SPSS24 softwares.Pearson correlation results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between academic resilience and academic self-efficacy with academic engagement, and also between academic resilience and academic self-efficacy (P< 0/01). Moreover, the path analysis result revealed that Academic self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between academic resilience and students' academic engagement (P< 0/01).
