چکیده

شناسایی تفاوت‌های جنسیتی موجود در متغیرهایی مانند سرزندگی تحصیلی، شکفتگی و هویت تحصیلی  می‌تواند نقش مهمی در آموزش‌های پیش روی دانشجویان داشته باشد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای بود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه سرزندگی تحصیلی، شکفتگی و  ابعاد هویت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام گردید.جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در  نیم سال اول سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای 200 دانشجو (100 دانشجوی دختر و 100 دانشجوی پسر) از میان جامعه آماری انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل، پرسش‌نامه‌های هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری(MANOVA)  با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر از لحاظ سرزندگی تحصیلی، شکفتگی و هویت تحصیلی موفق و دنباله‌رو تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. در واقع دانشجویان دختر نسبت به دانشجویان پسر از سطح بالاتر سرزندگی تحصیلی، شکفتگی و هویت تحصیلی موفق و دنباله برخوردار بودند؛ بنابراین درنظر گرفتن تفاوت‌های جنسیتی در زمینه سرزندگی تحصیلی، شکفتگی و هویت تحصیلی می‌تواند دربردارنده اشارات کاربردی مهم و تأثیرگذاری در عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان باشد و ارتقاء سطح عملکرد تحصیلی آن‌ها را فراهم آورد.

چکیده [English]

Identifying gender differences in variables such as academic vitality, flourishing and academic identity can play an important role in student education. Hence, the purpose of this study was to compare academic vitality, flourishing and academic identity dimensions based on gender of students. The study was causal comparative study;and, the statistical population of this study was all students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in in first semester in 2018-19 academic years; then, by using multistage random sampling, 200 students (100 female and 100 male students) were selected from the statistical population. Data collection had done by academic identity, academic vitality, flourishing questionnaires. Thereupon, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance analysis (MANOVA), in addition, using SPSS version 22. The findings divulged that there was a significant difference between male and female students in terms of academic vitality, flourishing, and successful academic identity. In fact, female students in comparison to the opposite gender showed the higher levels of successful sequences in academic vitality, flourishing, and academic identity.Therefore, considering the gender differences in academic vitality, flourishing, and academic identity can include important and effective implications on academic performance of students and, moreover, enhance their academic performance.
