چکیده

توانایی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی در برقراری ارتباط و همچنین استفاده مناسب از مهارت‌های ارتباطی از مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت یادگیری آنان بوده و موجب ارتقای عملکرد آن‌ها در محیط‌های بالینی می‌گردد. لذا این مطالعه باهدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد ارتباطی دانشجو- بیمار در بخش اتاق عمل از دیدگاه دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز انجام شد. در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1398تعداد 75 نفر از دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز به‌صورت نمونه در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که دارای 6 بعد شامل عوامل فردی، اجتماعی، حرفه‌ای، محیطی، عوامل مرتبط با آموزش و شرایط بالینی بیمار بود، گردآوری شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و کروسکال والیس) انجام شد. میانگین امتیاز کل عوامل566/0± 04/ 3بود که بیشترین میانگین مربوط به شرایط بالینی71/0±34/3 و کمترین مقدار مربوط به عوامل اجتماعی 75/0±72/2 بود. رابطه معناداری بین عوامل دموگرافیک با عوامل فردی، اجتماعی، حرفه‌ای، محیطی، عوامل مرتبط با آموزش و شرایط بالینی بیمار دیده نشد05/0p. شرایط بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان، بیشترین تأثیر را بر ارتباط با بیمار دارد. مدیران سیستم‌های آموزشی و درمانی بایستی تلاش خود را جهت تعدیل اثر این عوامل به‌منظور بهبود این رابطه و در نهایت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان متمرکز نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Medical students’ ability to communicate and also the proper use of communication skills are the most important factors affecting their learning quality and promote their performance in clinical settings. Hence, this descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the effective factors on the student-patient Communication performance in the operating room ward from the viewpoint of anesthetist students in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences that 75 students of anesthetist students in 2019 were included as the research population. The data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 6 dimensions including personal, social, occupational, environmental factors, factors related to education and clinical conditions of the patient. Data were analyzed using descriptive and independent statistics (ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis). The mean of total score of factors was 3.04 ± 0.56, with the highest mean of clinical condition estimated 3.34 ± 0.71 and the least of the related Social factors was 2.72 ± 0.75. Therefore, there was no significant relationship between demographic factors and individual, social, professional, environmental factors, and factors related to education and clinical conditions of the patient (p>0.05).
