چکیده

خواب فاکتور مهمی برای حفظ سلامت و تعادل روانی است. کیفیت خواب نامطلوب می‌تواند به پیامدهای نامطلوب تحصیلی و صدمه به سلامت جسمی و روانی دانشجویان منجر گردد. از آن‌جا که دانشجویان علوم پزشکی نقش مهمی در بهبود و ارتقای سلامت افراد جامعه دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت خواب با اشتیاق و سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک انجام شد. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی در سال 97_1396 انجام شد. نمونه‌ای با حجم 341 به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبتی بر حسب جنسیت انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد کیفیت خواب پیترزبورگ(PSQI)، اشتیاق تحصیلی فردریکز و همکاران و سرزندگی تحصیلی حسین چاری و دهقانی‌زاده جمع آوری شد. سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شد .نتایج نشان داد که 1/59 درصد دانشجویان مورد مطالعه از کیفیت خواب نامطلوب برخوردار بودند. همچنین بین میانگین نمره کیفیت خواب با اشتیاق تحصیلی(132/0- =r؛ 016/0=p) و سرزندگی تحصیلی (221/0- =r؛000/0=p) رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود داشت؛ بین میانگین نمره اشتیاق تحصیلی با سرزندگی تحصیلی (131/0 =r؛ 018/0=p) نیز یک رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد. همچنین فقط بین میانگین نمره سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دختر با دانشجویان پسر تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. با توجه به به درصد بالای کیفیت نامطلوب خواب و ارتباط معنادار آن با اشتیاق تحصیلی و سرزندگی تحصیلی، اجرای مداخلات روان‌شناختی برای بهبود کیفیت خواب دانشجویان و اقدامات پیشگیرانه و برگزاری جلسات آموزشی به منظور آموزش در خصوص اهمیت خواب در دانشجویان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده [English]

Sleep is an important factor in maintaining mental health and balance.  So undesirable sleep quality can result in undesirable academic performance and damage to students’ physical or mental health. Considering the important role that medical students have in improvement and promote the health of society people, the present descriptive - correlation study was conducted to investigate the relationship between Sleep quality with academic motivation and academic vitality in students at Arak University of medical sciences during 1396-97.
 341 students were selected through stratified random sampling method with considering gender variable. Data were collected by standard questionnaires Sleep quality (PSQI), academic motivation Fredericks et al and academic vitality HossenChari and Dehghanizadeh. Then, data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, independent t-test and multiple regression analysis. Afterwards, findings showed that % 59/1 of participants had poor sleep quality. The results of Pearson correlation test also showed that there was a significant negative relationship between Sleep quality with academic engagement (P=0/016, r= -0/132), and academic vitality (P=0/000, r= -0/221). Although, there was a significant positive relationship between academic motivation with academic vitality (P=0/018, r=0/131). Moreover,   there was a significant difference between male and female students in academic vitality. Accordingly, due to the high percentage of poor sleep quality and significant relationship with academic motivation and academic vitality, developing psychological interventions to improve the sleep quality in college students and intervention and preventive actions, and education about the importance of sleep in students seem essential need.
