چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شناسایی عوامل موفقیت یادگیری الکترونیکی در بین دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام می‌گیرد جامعه آماری دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به تعداد 342 نفر بودند، که حدود 160 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. دراین تحقیق 4 عامل مؤثر در اجرای یادگیری الکترونیکی شامل کیفیت خدمات و واحدها،کیفیت اطلاعات، تعامل درمحیط آنلاین و کیفیت سیستم و زیر ساخت ها توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مورد بررسی و اولویت بندی قرار گرفت. روایایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین تأیید و پایایی پرسشنامه به کمک ضریب آلفا کرونباخ برابر 82/0 به دست آمد. اعتبار فرضیات تحقیق نیز از طریق آزمون t استیودنت و تاپسیس  مورد آزمون قرار گرفت.
نتایج حاصل از آزمون t استیودنت نشان داد هر چهار مولفه کیفیت خدمات و واحدها، کیفیت اطلاعات، تعامل درمحیط آنلاین و کیفیت سیستم و زیر ساخت ها  از عوامل موثر بر موفقیت یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشجویان می باشند. و براساس نتایج حاصل از آزمون تاپسیس مهم‌ترین عامل کیفیت زیرساختها محسوب می‌شود. و متغیر تعامل در محیط آنلاین دارای کمترین اهمیت می باشد.

Identifying Factors of Success in E-Learning Case Study: Physical Education Students at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify the  success factors and measuring the effectiveness of e-learning among physical education students at Shahid Chamran University. This research was a practical study and it was done in descriptive method. The population was 342 students of physical education field at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. Approximately, 160 subjects were selected using Morgan Table.  In this study, four effective factors in the implementation of e-learning including the quality of services and units, quality of information, interacting in online environment and the quality of system and infrastructure were evaluated and prioritized by a researcher-made questionnaire. Then, validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts as well as the  reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0.82 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Validity of the hypotheses was tested by Student t-test and Topsis. According to Student t-test results, all four elements including quality of services and units, quality of information, interacting in online environment and quality of systems and infrastructure were considered effective factors on the success of e-learning at students. Moreover, based on the results of Topsis test, the most important factor was the quality of infrastructures, although interacting in online environment was the least one.
