چکیده
با بهبود سلامت اجتماعی و کاهش مرگومیر به نظر میرسد که نیاز اجتماعی به خدمات طب توانبخشی بیشتر میشود. بنابراین لازم است دانشجویان پزشکی با این زمینه آشنایی داشته باشند، درحالیکه در برنامة درسی آنان، دروس مرتبط با این رشته گنجانیده نشده است. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی نیاز آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی به آموزش این رشته در دانشگاه جندی شاپور اهواز صورت پذیرفت. براساس طرح درس مصوب طب توانبخشی در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، هفده سرفصل آموزشی برای تعدادی از دانشجوی پزشکی سال چهارم که درس مذکور را برگزیده بودند، تدریس شد. دیدگاه آنان توسط پرسشنامه در پایان دوره ارزیابی گردید. روایی سؤالات در زمینة محتوای درس در ارزیابی مقدماتی از طریق اعتبار محتوایی و صوری تأیید، و پایایی آنها با محاسبة آلفای کرونباخ(84/0= α) تأیید شد. 70 درصد از دانشجویان ابراز میکردند که در دورة تحصیل، آموزش نظری کافی در حیطه طب توانبخشی نداشتهاند و 85 درصد معتقد بودند که آموزش در این زمینه برای دانشجویان پزشکی متناسب با نیاز درمانی بیماران میباشد. احساس نیاز آنها به سرفصلهای درسی گوناگون، از 28 تا 100 درصد متفاوت بود. با توجه به تأکید صاحبنظران بر بهبود سلامت، کاهش مرگومیر، افزایش بروز عوارض بیماریها و تغییر نوع بیماران مراجعهکننده و اعلام نیاز دانشجویان به این درس، آموزش اصول نظری و مهارتهای عملی در زمینه طب توانبخشی میتواند موجب تغییر فکر، مهارت فردی، و عادات دانشجویان پزشکی در جهت درمان بیماران باشد.

Improving community health and reduce mortality social needs seem to be more rehabilitation medicine services. Therefore medical students must be familiar with this area. While in their curriculum courses related to these fields have not been incorporated. This study assessed the educational needs of medical students training in this field was to Ahwaz Jundishapur University. Lesson plan based on approved Rehabilitation Medicine Department - Health and Medical Education, the number of educational topics to some seventeen fourth year medical students who had chosen the course, were taught. Their views by the end of the questionnaire were assessed. Validity questions on course content through the preliminary assessment and formal content. 70 percent of students were expressed in sufficient theoretical training course in the field of rehabilitation medicine have not and 85 percent believed that education for medical students in this area needs is treatment. They need to feel different lesson headlines from 28 to 100 percent resolution was different. According to the experts stressed on improving health, reducing mortality, increased complications illnesses and change the type of patients and require students to declare theory lessons and practical skills training in rehabilitation medicine can cause changes of thought, individual skills and habits students Medical treatment is in order.
