چکیده

دانشگاه‌ها مسؤولیت خطیری در تربیت دانشجویان بر عهده دارند و برای رسیدن به این هدف، ارائه‌ی مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی دانشجویان یک ضرورت است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی و مقایسه‌ی نظرات اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز در مورد مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه، طراحی و اجرا گردید. در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی-مقطعی، 501 عضو هیأت علمی و دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز شرکت داشتند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق دو پرسش‌نامه که در آن وضعیت مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته بود، صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS.15 و آزمون‌های آماری T و ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شد. تحلیل نظرات پاسخگویان نشان داد، اساتید وضعیت مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی را با میانگین 59/0±46/3 در سطح بالاتر از متوسط و دانشجویان با میانگین 84/0±40/2 در سطح پایین‌تر از متوسط ارزیابی کرده‌اند (p<0.001). مقایسه‌ی میانگین نظرات دانشجویان و اساتید برحسب جنس نشان داد که بین نظرات دانشجویان و اساتید مذکر و مؤنث در مورد وضعیت موجود مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود ندارد. اساتید و دانشجویان به یک نسبت از شرایط موجود مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه رضایت ندارند. با توجه به لزوم حمایت و هدایت دانشجویان توسط اساتید راهنما، بازنگری و اصلاح فرایند استاد راهنما ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده [English]

To cover the responsibilities toward students, the universities have to consider the student counseling as a necessity. This study aimed at comparing opinions of instructors and students towards Academic advising and counseling students in AJUMS. In this cross-sectional study, 501 students and academic staff from AJUMS in total acted as the participants. The data was collected by distribution of two questionnaires upon the status of educational counseling. The data was analyzed using SPSS.15 software, t- test and ANOVA. According to the responses, the academic staff evaluated educational counseling at the rate of above the average (3.46±0.59) and students under the average (2.40±0.84) with significant differences of (p<0.001). Comparisons between students and professors’ attitudes’ about situation of educational student counseling regarding sex showed no statistically significant difference. In general it is concluded that, academic staff and students are not satisfied with the present status of student counseling. Considering the essentiality of this procedure, to support and conduct the students more sufficiently, a remedial looking seems necessary.
