چکیده

شناخت دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی در مورد انتخاب موضوع پایان‌نامه و استاد راهنما می‌تواند برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی را در اصلاح و ارتقای سطح پژوهش در عرصه‌ی سلامت در کشور یاری دهد. هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر بررسی معیارهای دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی برای انتخاب موضوع پایان‌نامه و استاد راهنما می‌باشد. در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی، 123 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی که بیشتر آن‌ها در دوره‌ی کارورزی قرار داشتند، مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کای اسکور ویا آزمون دقیق فیشر به وسیله‌ی نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. 9/65 درصد از دانشجویان بدون علاقه به تهیه پایان‌نامه، خود را مجبور به انجام آن می‌دانستند. شایع‌ترین معیار انتخاب موضوع پایان‌نامه و استاد راهنما از طرف دانشجویان، به ترتیب "ساده بودن و زمان بر نبودن موضوع" و "همکاری استاد راهنما برای به فرجام رساندن پایان‌نامه" بود. علاقه به تهیه‌ی پایان‌نامه، زمان انتخاب موضوع پایان‌نامه توسط دانشجویان و انتخاب موضوع توسط خود دانشجو از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر معیارهای انتخابی دانشجویان بود. اکثریت دانشجویان پزشکی به دلایلی همچون عدم علاقه به تهیه پایان‌نامه و وجود دوره‌ی سربازی و طرح پزشکی و امتحان دستیاری، به دنبال هرچه سریع‌تر تمام کردن پایان‌نامه هستند. اقداماتی همچون حمایت‌های مالی و معنوی و ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در برنامه‌ی آموزشی، دوره‌ی سربازی، طرح پزشکی و امتحان پذیرش دستیار از جمله اقداماتی است که می‌تواند در بهبود دیدگاه دانشجویان و نیز افزایش کیفیت پایان‌نامه‌ها ثمربخش باشد.

Determining medical students' attitudes towards the topic selection and choosing the supervisor can be helpful in assisting programmers to better reform and promote the level of research in the field of health in the country. The goal of this study is the investigation of criteria which medical students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences select for choosing the thesis topic and supervisor.In this descriptive-analytical study, 123 medical students that most of them being in the internship stage were surveyed. Data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test with SPSS software.65.9% of students disinterest to dissertation writing. The most prevalent criterion for choosing the thesis topic and supervisor of students was "uncomplicated and short-term topic" and "cooperator supervisor for finishing dissertation". Interest to dissertation writing, time of the topic selection by students and topic selection by students themselves were factors influenced students' attitudes. Majority of medical students want to finish their dissertations as soon as possible. Disinterest to dissertation writing, military services and residency exam are some reasons of this fact. Financial and spiritual supports and making basic changes in planning of medical education, military service and residency exam has positive influence on the attitudes of medical students and improve the quality of their dissertations.
