چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه‌ی احساس خودکارآمدی، کیفیت تجارب یادگیری و چهار بعد آن شامل انعطاف‌پذیری مواد درسی، محتوای آموزشی، منابع آموزشی موجود و کیفیت رابطه‌ی استاد و دانشجو با فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. نمونه‌ی پژوهش شامل 233 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی بود که به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت تجارب یادگیری نیومن (1990)، خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و همکاران (1982) و فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو و همکاران (1997) جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نسخه16 نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی روابط در سطح مطلوبی معنادار بودند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy, quality of learning experience and its components with academic burnout. Components of quality of learning experience include flexibility of course, resource, context and flexibility of the relationship between student and professor. The sample was chosen by stratified random sampling method and it involved the number of 233 students of Allamme Tabatabaei University of Tehran. Data collecting was done by Newmann’s quality of learning experience questionnaire (1990), general self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al. (1982) and academic burnout questionnaire of Breso et al. (1997). Data analysis was performed by SPSS-16. The results showed that all the relationships were significant. Implications of the results are debated in this study.
