چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه ی بین مدیریت دانش با انگیزش شغلی و خشنودی شغلی اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز انجام گردید. روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری شامل همه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز که که بالغ بر530 نفر می باشد جامعه مورد بررسی را تشکیل می دهد و از بین آنها 80 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی این دانشگاه به عنوان افراد نمونه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسش‌نامه های مدیریت دانش با آلفای کرونباخ 92/0، پرسش نامه ی انگیزش شغلی با آلفای کرونباخ 84/0 و پرسش نامه ی خشنودی شغلی با آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 می باشد، بر اساس یافته های بدست آمده مدیریت دانش و مولفه‌های آن ( بُعد ترکیب، بُعد اجتماعی سازی و بُعد درونی سازی) با انگیزش شغلی و خشنودی شغلی همبستگی مثبت دارند، همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان دادند که بُعد ترکیب، بُعد اجتماعی-سازی و بُعد درونی سازی بیشترین نقش را در تعیین واریانس انگیزش شغلی و خشنودی شغلی برخورداراست.

چکیده [English]

The present paper reviewed the relationship between knowledge management with incentive of career and job satisfaction within academic members of Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences. The present study was a correlative-descriptive research. The control group comprised 530 academic members at Ahvaz university of medical sciences from whom 80 faculty members were simply selected randomly to participate in this study. The relative instruments consisted of CronBach’s alpha for questionnaires of knowledge management 92%, CronBach’s alpha of job incentive 84%, and CronBach’s alpha of job satisfaction questionnaire 89%. According to findings have been taken, knowledge management and related components (combination, socialization, and internalization aspect) demonstrated positive correlation with job incentive and career satisfaction. Moreover, the result of multiple regression analysis revealed dimensions such as combination, socialization, and internalization would have more effective role in the variance of job incentive and career satisfaction.
